Service was great ? ordered the Burrito Bowl- good portion for the price and delicious would order again ! Also ordered house salad as a starter -was disappointed in it Was basically lettuce 1 slice cucumber, croutons , sprinkle of carrot and chopped tomatoes (not worth the $6.99)Lastly ordered the donuts, have had before, didn't disappoint ? . Have some left over for later !! Forgot to get pictures of main and dessert before started eating but did get pic of salad. Besides the salad was very happy . $30 to $50 avg per person
Absolutely LOVED our experience here so much, we came back a second time just 24 hours later. The food was delicious, and our server, Jen, was amazing!!! We're only in town for a couple more days, but we loved it enough that we may make it back one more time before we leave!Thanks, Jen, and thanks, Montana's, for being such a positive part of our trip to St. Catharines!!!
Dinner was outstanding! I had the buttermilk chicken, which was piping hot and delicious. Service was fantastic and we received extra-special care because we had a birthday girl in our group. Highly recommend. I can't wait to go back!
We were sat by an incredibly friendly hostess. Jen was a very good server who provided fast service.. The food was delicious. My mom and I will be back very soon for more cotton candy sangrias :)
Normally this is a location that has excellent food and service. But something has clearly changed. We went with another couple and the service was less than aquate. I specifically changed our appetizer due to allergies and they brought the appetizer and there was so little of it that it was not value for money. Asked that my main entree not have a certain item due to allergies and my request was totally ignored again. Lastly I ordered a specialty drink and it could have saved the experience but again it was missing something as well. When I brought the drink issue to our waitress she was less than amicable in addressing her clear miscommunication to the bar when they made it. Would I return...not in the near future. The all you can eat ribs were dry and lukewarm and the only nice think I can say about the meal was I enjoyed the company we were dining with!
We went here a couple of nights ago for my son's birthday. They were extremely busy, but the lady working in our section, Jen, did such an amazing job of making sure my son had an amazing birthday experience. It seemed like she was also working as the bartender, as well as organizing take-out orders, and yet she still provided us with tremendous service! Even thought they were super busy, she also made sure she was able to wrangle up a couple of her co-workers to come and sing happy birthday to my little guy, which made his experience even better. The food was also delicious, but Jen definitely deserves a ton of recognition for how well she took care of us!
Went to Montana's for half price wings. Was a great experience with my family. Our waitress Jennifer was very knowledgeable to help with menu. She treated my grand daughter as if she was her own and made our experience great.Will definitely be back!
The server did as best of a job as she could. We went there with 2 kids, 2 adults. It took her 20 minutes to get to our table because nobody told her we were there. 30 more minutes before our food was out, and we ordered right away. My food wasn't even delivered, 2 other dishes were wrong. We were given choices like baked or fried pita for the spinach dip and then were given nacho chips anyways. And then when the bill came we were charged for the food that was never delivered. They need to up their service game. Especially on a Saturday night.

We recently visited this Montana's location the day restaurants re-opened. Everyone was friendly, everything was clean, and the food was wonderful. We had server Kody who was so polite, gave us the specials and enticed me to eat some wings which were extra crispy and so tasty, and just made our night relaxing and enjoyable.If you aren't sure where to go, the menu is large and it was an easy place for us to settle on as a couple. :)
