Fun decor, very apt for its location. Don't go looking for healthy options. It's more for delicious greasy yummy food. Friendly staff, lots of indoor and outdoor picnic table. Perfect for a break on a road trip
Absolutely amazed, tried it for the first time and I will be back. Got a burger and friend got the Taco poutine. The portions were very large! Must try! Counter girl was so friendly and polite, food was up and ready so fast, was actually shocked with the speed!
MJ's is a fantastic local "secret". It serves the usual fair of fries, burgers etc with generous portions, also so tasty! I very cool atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating {wheelchair accessible). Go there and discover the hype!
Home made burgers, fries with crispy over cooked bits.... Couldn't ask for a better meal. Ample outdoor seating for nice summer days. Good was cooled perfectly, onion rings are surreal.... I'm glad I live close because I visit often.
If you haven't eaten here you really need to. Everything on the menu is most delicious and the employees are very kind. The fact the remember my name each time I come makes me feel special ? ? ?

Always a busy place, people come here to pack food for the whole family and friends. I counted about 7 people in the kitchen. They work super fast. All ingredients are fresh and quality is good. But that's remaining a straight American fast-food. I wish I had some secret family-recepie sauce in my burger. But it seems to be people not care, they cover their food with a layer of ketchup and mustard from the shared can and taste well.
Took down my last review after speaking with the staff about it. Today I ordered my food, the poutine and fingers. I normally pay $12.28 after tax. Now they tell me the price has always been $13.56. I have gone to MJs atleast 50 times in the past year and I’ve never paid that much. Secondly I asked for the finger to be cooked from frozen and they are double cooked. For anyone who doesn’t know they precook the food and then heat it up quickly once you arrive. They truly have stopped caring about loyal customers and continue to deliver poor quality food.
Tasty onion rings, and seems like a good selection for a self-proclaimed fry stand.Worth a stop any time, but an excellent way to treat oneself while waiting for the lift bridge to reopen!
Awesome food as always..great staff and short wait times! If you want real food..great sizes that fill you up and not leave hungry.. GO TO MJ'S!! They don't disappoint!
