The filthiest McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff were all standing around in a circle talking and staring at the customers, meanwhile the pop area was sticky and covered in pop and discarded straw wrappers, discarded receipts were all over the floor, dirty tables, discarded items on the windowsills, overflowing garbage, floor was covered in sticky footprints. The restaurant was pretty dead, it was just after 6pm, food took forever and they had more than enough staff to clean up the restaurant but they chose to socialize instead.
This McDonalds is always quick and gets my order right. Having it close to campus means it's a great place to get food before or after an exam.
Check your order to make sure your food is fully cooked and prepped at this location be for you leave. It is very unfortunate because me and my girlfriend have been coming here for quite some time not all the time as we dont eat out a lot its a treat to us on late night walks and live by Eastchester and drive to this location and not the the others by us they park us all the time at the ones by are place and come out as we just park. They parked us here and for got about us 17min latter they came out to waite on fries that were not fresh and half full. They did contact me and offered me a free meal with a dessert and this is what we got fries I could squeeze the grease out of on there counter they rush food when theres to many orders. We work hard for your money people dont let them take it to speed up there times.
I’m giving it a 5 star review to offset all the 1stars though in reality I’d likely give it a 4. They were pretty fast, fries were surprisingly good, I was expecting them to be a bit older but they were great. Presentation of the burger left a little to be desired but I did ask for a lot of changes so it was on me. The person who took my order and the guy who gave it to me both seemed really kind and I appreciated it.
I've only been here once, but my kids and I waited for 20mins to get a...Quarter Pounder ComboBreakfast Pancakes& Breakfast sandwich combos (dine in)While we waited we saw a bunch of others get their orders before us, but came came after us (orders we can see on screen)Many complaints from others as well (messed up & long waits on orders)Some were not called for (a lot of Hangry people in this area) We kept our cool and went about things kindly, but if I didnt say anything, I feel we'd be waiting even longer than we already did.They threw us 2 free apple pies to make up for the wait.
This is quite a good McDonald's. The staff are professional and friendly. The restaurant is remarkably clean and the quality of the food is very high. I'm aware that it is McDonald's and people have strong views one way or another but it is reliable. It is tasty and I recommend it.
No one was really there eating in, but there were 3 staff on the floor, 2 of which were just gossiping in the corner, and the other kid who had no clue what he was doing because the tables were all dirty and there were big dirty boot marks throughout the whole place which he was oblivious to. And when brought to his attention, he barely knew how to mop properly. On top of that when I asked about sweet and sour sauce, the kid behind the counter said it would be an extra 30 cents, she could've just said, it's in your bag, you're all good. Some extra training is warranted at this location.
There’s always long wait for uber orders at all McDonald’ and then you guys make us text you then wait in car and then you text back when its ready and go inside to pickup which is a waste of time. Why don’t you guys focus on getting order ready before the drive reach there instead of wasting time in texting. All other restaurants have order ready, only McDonald’s lazy.
This place is usually buzy but line do moves fast. I am their regular customer and I had few issues with my order sometimes. So double check your order before leaving. They do forget sometimes to put everything in your bag.
Every single time we order NO pickles and EXTRA ONION we get EXTRA pickles and NO onion. The ticket says exactly what you need to do. I’m allergic to pickles and this happens every time. Unacceptable.
