The ice coffee at this location is constantly watery. This is the only location in the city that does this and sadly it's the closes one to me. Please make the ice coffee stronger, it's supposed to taste like coffee not like water and cream. Even the colour of it is pale/milky.
Honestly, I typically don't mind the service, though I am however disgusted that you charge nearly 3.00 dollar upcharge to add big mac sauce to a burger or even pickles to a value burger. I thought value menu was meant to be a value or something but apparently McDonalds isn't making enough money so lets overcharge on something so simple. You're losing business all I can say
Drive thru line up was on to the road so we went in. While waiting 25 minutes for our order I watched 3 people walk out because no one acknowledged them wanting to order. 2 employees were loudly arguing in front of customers while a manager did nothing about it. I don’t expect too much from MaDonald’s but cmon. All that before getting home to find disgusting under cooked jello like eggs.
Not exactly sure why this McDonald’s is even considered fast food because at this point I have waited almost a half hour for what I know could be prepared in less than 10 minutes. Parking your customers is cheating your customers and provides little to no urgency with the orders. Will definitely try to pick a different McDonald’s next time. McDonald’s used to pride themselves on customer service but it seems this restaurant missed the memo.
Wow. Ordered DoorDash. Large fry. Barely got a small. Great service. Appreciate the people there not caring apparently.
Every time i go through out the drive thru overnight something doesn’t end up right. For example, Yesterday meal was barely warm, today i asked for double cheeseburger meal and she gave me 2 cheeseburgers and no napkins. Does chubby girl that works overnight, if i just want to change my meal then she will automatically become rude. Is there no manager at this location?
Used the drive thru on April 29th around noon and was told there was a 3 minute wait for fries so I pulled to the side to wait. After 12 minutes I went in and not in the best mood. The gentleman who help me was pleasant and apologetic. Got my meal as fast as he could as they were quite busy. He said my meal was on the house and a pie was in my meal as well. I left a happy camper. Thank you to the gentleman who made my day.
Can't get order right 3 times in a row. Disappointing. Good customer service after the fact of getting my orders messed up. Letting food go out that shouldn't be served. Who's quality control and why does this happen. Even the ice cream sucked.
Hey the food is consistent as usual, however this particular McDonald's is in a busy spot, and still manages to be clean and pleasant to visit. We came after going to the movies. There were 7 of us and we used the self serve ordering screens. Three different orders. They were all done correctly and we were able to use three different coupons plus getting two happy meals with toys from the Sonic movie we just watched. Was a great finish to a fun night with family ? ? ? ❤️ Thanks to the staff here!
If I could give no stars I would. I cannot believe how many times they get our order wrong, I'd say 1 out if 5 orders they get right. This is the last time I'll be at this location. I used to work drive thru with only custom orders in high-school, it's not rocket science. I guess they get the one star because their staff are nice at the window, just don't know how to get orders right.
