Waited 20 minutes in the drive through to get 1 breakfast sandwich and they cant even do that right. Been to this location multiple times and 9/10 times the order is wrong. They should be making $2/HR, not minimum wage. Incompetent staff and management. Cant even make a single breakfast sandwich properly.. dont go here. Your order will forsure be messed up!
Most of the time the service here is great and fast, rarely do I have any experience that would make me think otherwise. The team always get my order right and rarely do I have any issues. The only reason I am not giving this establishment a 4 or 5 star review is because as of lately, there have been a few disrespectful employees that I have come across. Overall this doesn't affect much and I will continue to return to this location in the future.
Today me and my boyfriend went to get a pop and he ordered a Coke Zero because he is diabetic and his sugar sky rocketed after drinking it indicating that he definitely did not receive a Coke Zero. Just wanted to write this review to share with the staff the importance of not messing up orders like that.
Waffle fries weren't fully cooked the first time, so i went back and explained the problem. I got another set that were undercooked, and the food was cold. I'm giving 3 stars because the front house staff was nice about it
Ordered a BLT without Bacon. They forgot to add the egg. When I went back to fix the order the employee (maybe the supervisor / manager?) Didn't apologize and asked for the old sandwich back as if I was lying. I had already bit into it. What do you plan on doing with it? It was your mistake...you might as well let me keep two at that point.
As a traffic control person, I rely on the services offered by gas stations, fast food, and the ubiquitous Porta potty. I was in and out of the drive through with little wait. Food awesome. Washroom open. Expectations exceeded.
Serviceable breakfast on the road however the English muffins for both of our orders were black and acrid tasting.Disappointing but the coffee was alright.
For the third time doing curbside wait has been 10-15 min post ordering to delivered. I would say it is because of the special order burger (only ketchup) but that can't be it as it comes with the special order sticker on it but with everything... It is fast food but given it is now basically the same price as a restaurant burger I kinda expect it as requested.
I frequently visit this location because it's close and I enjoy their coffee. However, it seems everytime I order a smoothie, "the machine is being cleaned" I order through the kiosk and at no time does it say it's unavailable. How about looking to correct this, like having it unavailable at the time of ordering or clean your machine out when doors are closed. I would also add, on 2 separate occasions, I've ordered a double western/quarter pounder meal through the drive thru and when I get home looking forward to enjoying my meal only to find out that they've forgotten a patty. Like, really how do you forget a whole patty. I'm really starting to think employees that work here are not putting much effort into their work. Remember, you evidently still provide a service for your customers.
The women working today that came out to give me my bagel I had to wait for was very rude. Made a comment and rolled her eyes because I parked in curbside and not the designated waiting area. For context it is a snow storm and the spots are beside each other. Won’t order here again - will not order from this location for team breakfasts.
