Long waits, always have to pull to the side to wait for food. Have waited close to 15 mins before receiving our food. Have recieved the wrong food a few times now, staff was not friendly when I came back to get the right food. Usually the staff is friendly.
After waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes, I ordered 2 regular McFlurrys. After paying, I was told I'd have to wait in a parking area and they'd bring them out shortly. After another (almost) 15 minutes they brought them out to me, and apologized for the delay. The medium cups that the McFlurries were in were only 2/3 full. All in all a disappointing visit. The staff were polite and friendly, which was much better than a previous visit were the staff that took my payment was very rude when I gave her the wrong amount because I couldn't hear due to the poor quality speaker system.
Just came through drive thru and placed a big order and I got a poutine with no gravy! Absolutely ridiculous and then I called and no answer how rude.
So much delay. Employees have no idea what they are doing. Had a very hard time , in getting the food and delivering it to the customer.
The food was good. The location was clean. Just it was very slow and the staff were not very friendly.
Please don’t go there..Very bad experience. Just 2 minutes ago I goes in to pick up a delivery order. They said I have to wait outside which is fine. Then I thought of getting something for myself just because I was doing deliveries from last 6 hours and I had not eaten nothing(not even water). I asked for donuts and guy on the counter said that he can not give me donuts because i was delivering food for other people. Ok if you have that policy then at least treat your delivery people with respect. **** your policy.I have never experienced that type of humiliation at any other food chain. I will never go again to mcdonalds 420 vansickle road in my life. NEVER
We drive-thru for breakfast Saturday mornings. Sausage and egg mcmuffins are the best breakfast? sometimes pretty busy but orders always right and in decent time.
Its our go to McDonald's location service is pretty good and accurate 90% but for me for some reason when they miss something it will happen to me the next couple times I visit so then I start checking my order its good then I let my guard down and it happens again lol
So I've been going to this place for years as it's close to home but the last couple weeks I've gone a couple of times and keep getting this spenser guy... this guy is super happy, smile on his face awesome at his job, friendly, all around a great job everytime, this is the kind of person all your employees should aim to be, and definitely the kind of guy you want leading the rest of your team
Don’t go into this store if you expect 2 McGriddles that is shown on their KIOSK FOR $2.99!!! What a f?cking joke… “depending on which store you go to you may get one or 2?” What kind of logic is that? Won’t ever come back to this one again.
