My girlfriend got food poisoning after eating a quarter pounder last night (may 4 2022) I don’t recommend. She had a very hard time that day. McDonald’s please make sure you cook your meat!!!!!!!! Other then that pretty good.
Customer service was rude. She kept hurrying us up even though we had a big order. (Girl with skunk hair) Then they got our orders wrong. That's what happens when you leave a bunch of irresponsible teenagers to run the restaurant ??♀️ definitely won't be coming back.
Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes although it wasn’t super busy at 2am. Lady was very slow, didn’t even know if I had paid or not.
April 14 at 11:30pm I ordered my food in the drive thru waited 30 mins to get my food very slow service. I asked the east Indian lady for a dipping sauce she still wanted to charge me even though I told her i waited 30 mins she still wouldn't give it for free. Not going back to this location.
I ordered from the app and picked up in drive thru ..was fast and they were courteous and confirmed my order as they handed me my bag.
Constantly getting the wrong orders at this location or missing items entirely. Called for the first time to address this matter this morning and rather than giving me a refund, they said I could either get a free item if I came back during the morning or they’d send me a coupon (which means they get more money for food I likely can’t eat again). I’m done ordering at this location.
Best service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I brought my drink into the bathroom, it fell and made a mess. They filled my drink up and were very nice even though I messed up. I hope the GM acknowledges the staff that was working at 2:15pm today.
Worked here for a while during my university days a couple years ago and was treated horribly.The management goes beyond being disrespectful, yelling at you for overfilling fries or under filling ice cream or pretty much anything. Management has even thrown food at workers, and when I booked time off for exams (with a months notice) I was booked during two of my exams, and was told I would be written up next timeWhile working store front you are expected to not only take orders, but pour drinks, make ice cream items, all cafe drinks, pack up the orders, and hand them out as well.I was working on completing my BSc in Medical Science at the time and I have never been made to feel so small and stupid in my life.Not to mention the disrespectful conversations had about other employees and customers both behind their backs and right in front of them.This is the worst McDonald’s to work at or visit.
No care for customer complaints. I was given a Happy Meal with nothing but sweet and sour sauce and a yogurt tube. Called twice and the phone rung out until they declined the call. Very unprofessional
First off to start my bad experience, when I was getting my food from the lady at the drive through window she said, and I am not making this up… “uhhh… yeahhhh I think this is yours…have a goodnight”Double checked the bag and it was luckily. SECONDLY I bite into my chicken nugget and there’s a HARD SHARP TRIANGULAR PIECE OF GLASS OR PLASTIC RIGHR IN THE MIDDLE! Luckily I didn’t give that one to my little son and I took it for myself. I uploaded a photo of it.I’m hoping someone will contact me for compensation!
