Had been enjoying the product over the past couple years but lately many issues with several orders. Missing item could be overlooked, but recently there has been questionable issues related to cross contamination. If you have any food allergies, do not recommend.
My boyfriend and I have come here multiple times over the past few months and unfortunately we have had significantly more bad experiences than good ones.We never have a problem with our icecream. I appreciate the vegan options and love the quality (despite the fact that it is quite expensive) which is why we have returned.It is however because of the staff that I’m leaving a poor review. We’ve found that staff members have been quite rude to us on multiple occasions. Another issue is that we’ve often been waiting around for 5-10 minutes while some staff members are standing around behind the counter not doing anything while one employee is trying to serve everybody in the store. We have also gotten to the store 10 minutes before closing time to find that the doors are locked, which is quite frustrating. I understand that it is annoying when people run in at the last minute, but 10 minutes is rather early to be closing the store.We’ve also come on a Saturday after 10 to find that the store is closed, so the 11:00 closing time listed on google is incorrect.
Ordered vegan chocolate ice cream with Oreos, brownies and snickers. Instead, got regular chocolate ice cream with oreos... Couldn't eat it as I am Lactose Intolerant. Fortunately, Skip the dishes refunded me and I was able to order again. Waited half an hour and then got my new ice cream. This time, it was vegan ice cream, but no Snickers or brownie chunks. Instead, I got Oreo's and butter finger?? Not only that, there was hardly anything mixed into the ice cream and it wasn't even filled to the top like it usually is.
I called the store after we got our order with missing items. The guy who answered sounded genuinely sorry about the mix up and between the two of us we figured out a solution. Really pleased with the effort and attitude. Thank you. Much better customer service than we received via uber eats, which is how we ordered.
I love ice cream and Marble Slab? The store was too small, so waiting time was too long because of limited capacity due to COVID-19.
Waited about an hour outside in a line of maybe 8 people, signs say unlimited toppings but employees were very stingy with the 2 things i wanted in my bowl, was very melted by the time we were out the door. Also bought a bag of popcorn that came to almost $9 and ended up being horribly stale. We did receive coupons as compensation the popcorn, but don’t have much desire to go back.
Better if you go in store. Don't order off food delivery because they skimp on toppings
A failed experiment and I would not recommend it. I spent the weekend and decided to go eat ice cream, and I was happy before entering the store, but the employee dealt badly. I asked her to show me three types of ice cream in one box. I was very strange. He wants to eat it, not it haha. She said pay me and we won't put you ice cream as you want. I paid and this is the bill and did not take the ice cream because I no longer wanted to eat it because of the bad treatment. I will never come back to you. I don't care about money, I just want to get a good service. $32.16 I will consider it as a gift from me to the store.
One of the best ice cream places in town I recommend there red velvet.
I ordered 2 custom litres for curbside pick up. It was brought out sealed in a bag. Thankfully I checked because they had given me 1/2 litres, but charged me for full litres.
