Went for Mother's Day for the celebration with my 99 years old mother, this location turned out a bomb to us! Great varieties of food and super friendly service!It was pretty busy at rush hour and I could tell that all staff worked extremely hard to maintain the food quantity and service.My mom was so touched by this, and she let me pass a big THANK YOU to the management and staff of St. Catharines Mandarin. I will for sure bring my 96 years old father to this location for Father's Day celebraton! GREAT JOB!

Love the COVID style of the Mandarin. Never disappoint. Only issue is the wait times. Confirmation email indicates 30 mins but in the real world 1hr is minimum. It's the only Mandarin in the city so be prepared to wait. Food is always great.

Ordered Cantonese Chow Mein, anyone who ate proper Cantonese Chow Mein should be crusty bottom part of noodles topped w Meat, veggie and seafood。This one is soft noodles with sce and meat. Taste was fine but this is not Cantonese Chow Mein v v disappointed.
I just experienced the worst take out dinner from here!! My dinner arrived cold and I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls that were so over cooked that they cracked open with hardly any chicken in it. And the worst part of my meal was the lemon chicken….so absorbed in oil, it was like eating a sponge of vegetable oil!!! I can still taste it from the two bites I was able to swallow. I thought restaurants were trying to keep customers happy not push them away with poor quality cooking. I will definitely not be ordering from here ever again, as this is not the first time they’ve disappointed me, but it is the last.
Tonight’s food order was disgusting. The lemon chicken tasted like dirty deep fryer oil, actually left a film of grease in mouth. Chicken balls were so over cooked they were hard as rock and tasted horrible.they literally fell to pieces when you tried to cut them.The “duck sauce” that came with the egg rolls was really gross, it ruined the taste of the egg roll.what happened to the plum sauce you normally give? I don’t know what’s happened with the quality here but I can’t order from here anymore. Sorry Paul, your kitchen staff have really dropped the ball .So long!
Take-out food was amazing! Pack nicely with warm hand-writing sentences on the bag, nice touch to customers like me. I will definitely come back again to this location!
Hi. I included honey garlic ribs in our New Years Eve order. I think they forgot the honey. Was not as sweet or the sauce as thick as it usually is.
