Stay away from this place. Absolutely the most disrespectful and worst customer service I’ve ever had experienced. On January 29th, around 7-8pm I decided to go to this place and ordered a large brown sugar with fresh milk. Once I received the drink and got back to my car, I noticed there wasn’t any ice so the drink was warm when it shouldn’t be so I thought okay no problem, let me go let them know. Once I let the man inside know he insisted that he added ice when there wasn’t any?? Basically was acting like I was lying and he’s like “okay I’ll add you more.” That was the first red flag, second I got my corrected drink with ice, got back to my car poked the straw in the drink, tried it, and realized yet again another mistake. They gave me the regular tapioca instead of the brown sugar which is supposed to come with the drink I had order so the drink was basically flavourless. Went back inside told the man and he was basically gaslighting me the whole time, saying that he did add it and literally refused to make another. He had the absolute worst attitude and made me feel so stupid when I knew for a fact it wasn’t right. This whole time it was some girl making it so he wouldn’t even know what she added. So he finally took it back and re made it but wait it gets better!! This place is ridiculous cheap that he didn’t even remake the drink!! He just poored it into another cup and added the brown sugar tapioca and looked at me and said “see I put some” which the attitude is very unneeded like you run a business??? Woke up this morning sick ? not gonna make any assumptions but may have gotten poisoning from the place! Anyways, this place is a complete joke absolutely has no respect for their customers. If something is wrong, fix it, don’t argue and gaslight your customers. Im not a hard customer but if your going to gaslight me and treat me horrible I’m gonna complain. Absolutely ridiculous.
They don't have the Taro slush I wanted so I just got the Taro smoothie instead.No dine in, delivery & take out only.
Fast and friendly service. Super duper selection of flavors for little kids and big kids.Yakult smoothies are a special treat #iykyk. Ordered one and a choco-banana milk tea for my kids - they lived them!I ordered a green apple green tea for myself and it wasn't too sweet - perfect!
I'm really disappointed. I ordered a caramel milk tea, and it arrived without caramel with a minimal amount of sugar. It was just cold tea. I had also ordered tapioca Pearl's and they came completely different - like popping ones. Pretty disappointed, it's sad because I have previously ordered from here before and it was amazing hoping to try again.
The drinks and food are good, but the customer service is not. They are also not very consistent with the drinks. I had ordered delivery several times, and I've ordered the same drink several times. The first time it came with zero ice, the second time it had a little ice, the third time it came with way too much ice, and another time I ordered it and the boba tasted completely different. Each time I got the drink it tasted very different which I don't like because I was craving that specific taste that I remembered from last time. Also went in to the store a few times and each time I went I felt like their customer service is really bad, they are not friendly or nice and make you feel rushed even if you're ordering quickly. It just feels like you're inconveniencing them by ordering. I ordered a drink and the man just said "7.35" as soon as I had finished and didn't even wait for my friend to order as well, which was awkward for him, and didn't ask me if I want my receipt like they usually do, just started talking to the person behind me when I was clearly still standing at the debit machine waiting. He just ignored me like I was no longer there and didn't complete his job which is to ask about the receipt. After that horrible customer service treatment, the boba also tasted completely different and weird like rubbery and had a weird residue instead of the usual delicious popping boba and just wanted my money back, being treated like that made me not even want to try to get a different drink instead. A loved one just died a few days ago and I was getting a bubble tea for comfort and what I get is the most rude customer service experience.
Best bubble tea in the Niagara region! I have had their fruit and milk tea and both are incredible. New blueberry and passionfruit boba are must try’s!

Great drinks every time! I’ve tried all the styles of drinks, from smoothies to fruit tea, and they’re all delicious!Staff is always friendly and fast! I recommend the honey aloe with strawberry boba !
