One week ago I was very disappointed with my order (quantity not quality) and informed them accordingly. I received a call from the franchise owner a couple of days later who not only apologized but when out of her way to make it right and that’s what happened today! Thank you very much! Chicken was so greasy and I cant even tell you what pieces were what! No drumsticks and no breast pieces at all and the salads were pre packaged days ago and so sour. Not impressed never going back
Ordered a zinger twist, a chicken breast and a small macaroni salad. Got home and my husband's chicken breast was dry and overcooked, I removed the packaging from my twister to find the wrap stale, mangled and ripped. Called the store and spoke to the manager, she started to argue with me and said the person at the counter must have ripped it. I tried to explain to her that it was NOT the packaging but the actual wrap, she kept cutting me off so I told her to stop cutting me off and let me explain it to her. SHE HUNG UP.... I tried to call back for 10 minutes with no answer, called from my husband's phone and the lady at the counter answered within 2 rings. NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION!!!!

So understaffed, that it took 30 minutes to get some chicken sandwiches avoid this place. How does a chicken restaurant not have have chicken

Horrible experience! I placed an order on Uber eats at 3:22pm for a thanksgiving meal. First, the order was delayed so the driver had to wait. Then, when I received the order, it was a completely different order from what I placed. I called the driver they said they confirmed my name and everything so it wasn't the delivery persons' fault. So my bf called and was told he can go pick up a new order and he can get me whatever I want. He drove there and asked if he can get some free popcorn chicken along with my original order as compensation and apparently they made a big fuss about it. You ruined my Thanksgiving and cant give a few popcorn chicken pieces?! The whole point of Uber eats delivery is to have it delivered not to have to go and pick it up and get it three hours later. I placed my order at 3:22 pm and by the time I received what I ordered, it was 6:30 pm. To top it all off, the lettuce on my sandwich was brown and the chicken pieces are mushy and taste funny. Hire more staff. Not impressed.
Idk what Happen but the quality isn't there any more just alot of bones with barely any meat on them.Also ordered a double down with regular mayo because the sauce on that one its spicy to me and they didn't do it so a 11 dollar sandwich was wasted!
They were grossly understaffed there was only two staff trying to serve 10 to 15 people they managed well however I seriously think it affected the service and the quality of the food also there's a sign there on the front to let you know who is preparing your food it said Vince and Dave I noticed our that people preparing the booth real ladies I'm not sure if they were named Vince and Dave are not but I find that I find it highly likely!
