Excellent customer service. Food was fresh and hot. Definitely my go to Kfc
Pop handed to me at drive thru didn't have lid on tight and ended up spilling half of a large pop into my lap, all over my jeans, shirt, hand and on car door. Not one word from employee, silence! No napkins offered, Nothing....Very disappointed...
I've always liked KFC but, this time, the chicken coating tasted totally different. The chicken part was good but just not the coating. Surely hope it was just a one-of. You've got a good thing? Don't change it!
Standing in front of the store right now at 9:20pm google maps says its open until 10 someone is inside working but doors locked. Its a mystery. Someone call Scooby and the gang.
Staff are disrespectful, arrogant young people. I noticed I was missing things from my order, and was called a liar-even though I had not taken the food out of the building and had it there to prove.Have gone a few times, staff is always rude, gravy at this location is watery and salty. It’s much better on Ontario st.
Order big crunch combo terrible sandwich hard as a rock and dry ,french fries was dried like leftovers from yesterday. Should have bought a roasted chicken from Walmart.
I went Saturday night at 9:30 and they were closed. They claim to be open until 10pm. Not the first time they’ve closed before their posted hours. When they are open, they’re severely understaffed. I’ve never had a problem with the actual staff, just the random hours the restaurant keeps & the fact that ownership/management doesn’t care about their employees & clearly do not want customers.
Went ABOVE & BEYOND!! When we were trying to order online, there was no mashed potatoes listed as a side. I called the restaurant and they advised me what to add and they would be sure we received them instead of fries and to call them back once our order was placed to be sure our order was placed correctly. They ended up calling me back, as our order took a bit to be received on their end. We received our order in a timely fashion and it was perfect!! Thank you to Fourth Ave KFC, your service is amazing!!
Disappointed in the fact I order a bucket of chicken. However I did not order wings... I can understand getting 1 or two pieces that are the wing but 7 in a 14 piece bucket? Ridiculous. 1 breast 1 leg the rest was thighs...
