Nasty place. Not coming to be a Karen but, I was served with the most flat pop, no ice in the machines and even served EXPIRED dipping sauce. The floors were so gross and sticky to the point where every step I took I felt my feet sticking to the floor. It was overall just a disgusting place. Do not recommend.
This will be our last visit to this KFC. Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes in park. After getting to the window we were told they had run out of chicken and it would be a 30 minute wait for our order. This location hasn't had its stick on the ice for years.
The food or service wasn't the problem with my last visit to the KFC on Ontario St. in St. Catharines, ON. The problem is the deterioration of the property itself. Especially the parking lot. Patrons are rudely greeted by a huge pot hole in the pavement when entering off of Ontario St. This pavement has been in disrepair for some time now and nothing is being done about it. The overall look of the property is, what I can only describe as slum conditions. It has sadly been let go for quite awhile. I wish I had taken pictures to post on here so everyone can see the dilapidated condition. Drive very carefully or risk damage to your vehicle. I brought the conditions to the attention of the manager and she said that she has talked with her regional manager but nothing has been done. KFC Canada is speaking volumes to their customers by their lack of action.
Nobody answered the drive through so I went in...took a while for them to take my order. The kid in the back started swearing at the girl on cash, dropping f bombs infront of my kid. It was a delightful experience.
The Ontario Street location is awful. Slow service and waiting just to find out they are out of chicken! This has happened to me several times. How does a chicken joint run out of chicken? Gravy here is disgusting. Watered down and no flavour.
Avoid this KFC at all costs the employees were miserable, they left stuff out of my meal, the gravy was gross it was pure water and the chicken with overcooked.
20-30 minutes wait is normal in this store, feel free to come and waste your time, with hopeless staff, you will be lucky if your order comes out right,
This place is sooooooooo slow. Waited 25 mins for a zinger sandwich and fries…and it was ice cold! What is going on here?! Hire more staff!

Kfc on Ontario st in St Catharines made me wait 10 mins at the speaker and then says may I help you, I say I have a online order for this location and they say we have no chicken,it will take 1 hour for more chicken, then refuse to help with refund, so I had to wait 1 hour. This isn't my first occurrence at this store. Will not go back.
