Service was extremely slow, took 2 hours and had to leave before kids had sundaes because we just couldn’t sit there anymore. Took almost 25 minutes between when we finished eating to when someone appeared to ask us about desert/the cheque. They brought the wrong food for my one son - which thankfully they left off the bill but then my steak (ordered medium rare) was bloody, tepid and tough. Felt like it had been cooked from frozen - also charged me 2.99 for the mushroom sauce and it was hardly more than a thimbleful that they put on it. The waitress and manager were nice - but it felt like they were clueless as to how bad the service actually was. I didn’t want to make a big deal in the restaurant because we’ve all been through a lot during COVID but I wanted to post a review so that hopefully the kitchen can get some feedback on what medium rare actually is. That meat was completely inedible and likely would have made me sick. It should not feel like carpaccio… I took it to go to be polite but it will likely end up in my garbage which is such a waste.
Had an amazing dinner with my wife. Our server was awesome. My wife ordered Chicken Alfredo (took home) and spinach dip. She said it was great. I had chicken tenders dipped in Sweet Tai sauce and hot sauce. They were great. Fresh and tender.
Always enjoy lunch with friends. Fish and chips are great. Could you turn the music down some? Not a pleasant experience when you have to yell at each other over the music. Save the loud music for the night time crowd. Back ground music is nice in day.
Probably the worst restaurant I've been to in recent memory. I haven't been to a Kelsey's in years and have always had a problem with their prices, but it seems they've reached new levels of insanity. You think you'd be eating at the Keg and not an average chain restaurant/sports bar with what they charge for food, an appetizer of 4 pieces of garlic bread was 10 dollars. I could live with the prices if the food was actually any good, the garlic bread was slightly warm on the edges and cold, mushy and gross in the middle when it arrived at our table. I got the Nashville hot chicken and biscuit and the thing was covered with so much salt I could only stomach half of it, my mouth was burning with a salt aftertaste for 30 minutes after we left. For what it's worth the service and general ambience inside wasn't bad, but I still highly recommend anyone to spend their money elsewhere.
OVER SALTED. I got the chicken pasta, and the garlic bread and the Chicken strips, the bread was cold, the strips over salted beyond being edible, and the pasta was nothing special. Not to mention the cocktail peach lemonade was definitely over poured. Not worth the price, do not come here lol. Go across the street to Boston Pizza instead.
Just had lunch burger was ok, bun was much bigger than the patty, def way smaller than I was expecting, not what was pictured at all fries are way over salted, only reason I would be back was the service was prompt and the bartender/server who served us was great as his Job.
Definitely one of the best Kelseys around! We went on a random Saturday and they were doing a jersey giveaway! We didn't win it but thought it was cool! The staff on the bar side were very friendly and the owner/manager was very nice going around checking up on everyone! Will definitely be coming back!
I like getting takeout or delivery from here. The burgers are reasonably priced and rather large. Kelsey's doesn't skimp on their portions. The broccoli and cheddar soup is amazing. I love getting it as a special treat. I can't wait to go back after the COVID nightmare is over.
Tried to use scene points..took the 10000 points but the said it didn't go through so had to use 100.00 cash..very disappointing
Still tastes good, BUT, portions are a fraction of what they were pre-covid! I was shocked! Messy fish no longer deserves its name. Good service...but....
