I haven’t tasted the food however would like to comment on their service. Ordered food through Uber Eats in these days of lockdown. First day ordered food at 6:50 pm and the order got cancelled saying that they close at 7 pm and second day, ordered food at 6:30 pm and at 6:50 pm, these guys cancelled the order because they close at 7 pm . The website says that the restaurant closes at 8 pm. When asked why did they cancel, the reason given was because there was no meat for the order. So why have the item on menu. These guys have a don’t care attitude. I will never go back to them, even if it was the only restaurant in the Niagara region.

I had a very bad experience at this location.First of all there was an employee cleaning the floor and then she went to me saying what food I wanted to order, she took my money and put it in the cash register. The problem was she took my food and gave it to me but she never washed her hands or at least sanitized them. It was very gross to see this. Please next time Jimmy the Greek should was the hands after every handling of gross things. Obey the COVID-19 rules!!!
The food was great but the service is so bad I shopped on December 10 th 2021 at Penn Center, Jimmy the Greek . three girls working behind the counter was talking so much not giving attention to the customers but talking and talking and ignoring the customers it was around 1 o’clock in the afternoon the food was good but the customer service was so bad . Not paying attention to the customers.?
Did a take out tonight. Absolutely the worst disgusting inedible food ever. Do not and i mean do not waste your money on this garbage.
Plenty of dishes and sides at a decent price. One of the healthier options in the food court.
Delicious Greek food. Loved the lamb chops made to order. Large portions and great salads. Fantastic service and reasonable prices. You get a full service dinner for about th price of a fast-food combo.
Had a great lunch at Jimmy the Greek in pen center mall St.Catherines. I've eaten at lots of Jimmy locations however this one was one of the best. I ordered chicken filet on Greek salad with spinach pie. I got a huge full salad and fresh grilled chicken, it all tasted amazingly fresh! I've always loved the spinach pie at Jimmy's, it was crispy outside and soft inside. I will definitely be back to this location again!
Ordered on skip and got a cross order. I specifically made notes and I got food with what I didn’t ask for. I don’t eat cheese. I didn’t get the salad dressing either. The chicken was burnt on the outside but wasn’t well cooked inside. The potatoes weren’t even roast. They weren’t cooked fully. I specifically said no rice but got 2 packs of rice. Bought here last year and it was horrible, tried again this year and it’s even worse. The rice grains are hard. Disappointed. No taste, no salt, just bland food.The Niagara-on-the-Lake branch is way better.
It always tastes great. Chicken souvlaki, greek salad, rice and potatoes. Yummy.
