We went to celebrate Fatherâs Day with my father in law and husband. The food was good, a little over priced but I am in the hospitality industry and understand that prices are high right now and there is nothing we can do about that. I was disappointed in our server however. She didnât seem to want to work for a tip. She came to the table no greeting or anything asked if we were ready to order we said we still need a few minutes but asked for a cup of hot water to warm a bottle for our daughter. She brought the water asked if we were ready yet. We said sure, we ordered our food which came out in a timely matter. She dropped off the food we didnât see her again until she came to clear plates. My father in law and I were finished my husband who was taking care of our daughter was not. However she took mine and my father in laws plates and said are you ready for the bill. We said no as my husband was not finished yet. He then felt very rushed to finish his meal. She came back room his plate offered dessert but at that point we just wanted the bill. She brought the bill we paid and left. I understand that it was a holiday weekend however we had our meal before the rush and yet we felt very rushed by our server. The food was good but I would choose a different location next time.
Absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! It was a spontaneous decision to go, and despite it being a busy Saturday night they managed to get us in right away! Service was great, food was GREAT, and prices are reasonable. It was a very clean environment and our server was lovely. I would also like to add that my boyfriend loved the dessert spoons lol.. keep it up guys you’re doing amazing!
This was our first time back at Jack Astors in quite some time and it was such a good experience. Elissa was our server and she was so kind, attentive, and genuine as though we were old friends! She answered all of our questions and made recommendations to us and didn’t steer us wrong. It’s easy to see that they value their guests and we will definitely be back!
Food and atmosphere were lovely. We had a toddler running crazy on the patio and a fussy little babe and no one was judgemental?Wish I took photos, there were 4 of us and we each got something different and everything was just so so good. From burgers to pasta. ??
We went with a group of 5 for lunch and a visit. As advertised, the chicken fingers were freshly made, not frozen. I had the buffalo, my friend regular. We both had a hard time finishing our meal, we both chose Ceasar salad as our side which was fresh and tasty! My husband had Thai Shrimp Curry.- it had ample vegetables, flavourful without being too spicy and the shrimp were peeled(no messy peeling involved as so often is the case). He thought he'd take some home, but nope it was so good he ate the whole thing.The waitress was attentive but did not rush us! A great place for a relaxing lunch!
Frequently visit. Quality has dropped off recently. Fries are small, weak, pitiful. Sad to look at. And the wings used to be covered in hot sauce. Absolutely slathered. Last time I went they where dry.Enjoy the atmosphere but wish it would improve
The waitress was awesome! I'm sorry I'm bad with names ... I don't remember her name. Food was delicious and brought out in a timely manner. Very friendly atmosphere. It was an enjoyable evening with my family.
Great food and exceptional service from our server Ashley! Always enjoy coming to jack astors! Everyone is so friendly and makes the dining in experience fantastic!
Service and food were very good. We went for dinner on a Thursday evening at 5:30pm. The restaurant had only a few customers at that time. One table was celebrating a birthday and the staff sang to them and provided a special dessert. I informed the restaurant that it was my husbands 70th birthday when I made the reservations . Unfortunately the same special birthday gathering was not provided at our table. This was actually one of the reasons we had dinner at Jack Astors. Having said this, we will definately go back .
