I was served by Anjelica yesterday at lunch time and she was great! Patient, friendly and efficient. The food was hot and was ready quickly. There was a line when I went in but it cleared quickly. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was the best service I have received at a business since pre pandemic. The staff at Harvey’s was honestly just great, I will be returning.
So unfortunately my time at this location was not a good one there was not a single customer in the store I walked in one of the girls turned around with a rude look on her face didn’t say a word and turned back then one of the other ladies took my order then when it came time to make my burgers the same lady that gave me a dirty look when I first walked in also is The person putting the toppings on the burger I believe her name was Kesha she did not smile once the whole time she had a very miserable look on her face didn’t even ask what I wanted on my burgers just looked up and gave me a dirty luck the only good thing about this experience was the nice blonde lady who took my order. Like I understand you work at Harvey’s it’s not the best job in the world but you could at least smile and greet the customers
unfortunately my experience at this place was not the greatest. it’s like they didn’t even try or care to make the sandwich i got look or taste good when it’s 10:30 at night and no one’s in line. The only good thing about this experience was that it was cooked good. Way to much sauce and the wrong drink. I get it’s a fast food place but give me what i’m paying for.
I always like well-made Harvey burgers. They made our burger a bit dry even after instructions. I don't like that they close dine-in at 9 pm on a weekend too
Morgan was very friendly and very welcoming she definitely made my drive through experience much smoother
Visited recently had such a great experience the workers name was Katie she was so sweet and very helpful.
On multiple occasions at this Harveys I’ve always had bad experiences with the crew members. They either have an attitude or are flat out rude.As an example, today I asked a question about a menu item and the drive through teller said very rudely, “This is Harveys, we customize burgers how you want them, so what do you want?!” I was so shocked at her attitude and I got out of the drive through instantly. Ive had enough. I will not be coming back to this Harveys as I was made to feel really uncomfortable and stupid for just asking a question. Im 100% sure I am not the only one who has experienced this.
Amazing customer service! Gave us the wrong burger by mistake, they got us a new one plus two pies on the house!
Very rude service, food was made wrong not busy at all . pregnancy cravings bring me to harveys a lot definitely won't be this location anymore.
