It is very sad, I just arrived in Canada, I tried to buy here, since I do not have a car, I went through the self-service, the girls did not speak to me, I leaned out the glass and asked them. please help me and they didn't want, they hid, it's really very frustrating, disappointing and humiliating as I have to walk to get there not to be cared for and treated that way, They should be willing to serve all kinds of people with or without a car
Ordered a burger and the old lady with the glasses was extremely rude the whole time and I could barley hear her screeching voice through her mask and she wouldn't speak up when I said I can't hear you . She touches the burger all weird and poked it while trying to put on the jalapeños and it left a small hole in the burger. Complete let down absolutely garbage and do not recommend this harverys because of that old bird
Unfortunately, this location is not what it used to be. Whether it's the grossly overcooked grilled chicken or the soggy fries or the price changing every time I go there. Recently they had no salt and today they had no lids for the soda so they were using coffee lids instead. Just no consistency from visit to visit. Hopefully this is short lived.
This old lady that works there I’d assume she was the manager by the way she bosses people around. She refused to make me a new burger when she put tomatoes on my burger after I told her I’m allergic to them, She bumbled something under breathe and then continued to say take it or leave it. I will never eat this establishment again.
Love Harvey's! I'm dissapointed though that they changed their cheese to processed slices. I appreciated the real cheese. The location near me (Geneva St, St. Catharines) has been declining though over the last few months. Multiple occasions where the onion rings were raw or overcooked and their buns/burgers were rock hard. Almost like they were pre-cooked hours before then nuked in a microwave at the time over order. I was reimbursed and reassured it wouldn't happen again but it has. Also recieved a black, burnt burger as well. However, if you go to another location you won't be dissapointed!
The service was great they were prompt there wasn't a long period of waiting the answer all the questions I asked I must have been there what may be 34 minutes or during paid and on my way great job I give you a five
Horrible customer service to the point of barely human. Upon entering restaurant I was greeted with "you cannot be in here without a mask" and all subsequent replies were as such after providing documentary proof of my medical exemption. Refused to service my order followed by continued repetition of the above phrase regardless of the content of all further interaction I attempted.Individual should find alternate employment.
Can't complain for a great burger and a poutine! Always a crowd pleaser!!
Just a horrible experience. Can't drive a regular vehicle in drive threw, we almost got stuck just ridiculous! we had to shut in the mirrors to make the corner almost wrecked my truck! Then we order the crispy chicken combo what a joke, more like the crispy and dry af combo. Was like eating month old food, made you have cotton mouth, what a waste of money. Over all, Harvey's in other locations are 300% better then this one. Was like ordering dumpster food. You don't even deserve one star just shut down the place before you food poison someone.
Nice atmosphere, music and news channel, accepts CAA for discount on meal, proof of vaccination required for dining in currently.
