Poutine was gross and salty, also made my friends little brother feel sick.
Their customer service could be better, and their pizzas don’t look too appetizing, but I LOVE the poutine there. I only go there for poutine and walk there since it’s just down the street. If you ask for a regular/small poutine, it’s the same size as the large and 2/3 of the cost.
Top pizza place in the region, hands down! Fresh, hot and Delicious!!
Terrible tasting pizza. They use tomato sauce without herbs and spices in it. All toppings are the same as the next pizzaria so that was ok but they're chintzy with the cheeze topping. It didn't even go close to the edge of the sauce. Forced myself to have it today and this was strike 3. You know what they say in baseball....three strikes and..."YOU'RE OUT!!!!
I tried the bacon alfredo pizza at gino's pizza and it was fabulous pizza i have ever tried, and sure to try again in future.delivery service is also good here, very nice and kind driver they have.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza at 7:00 it's now been over an hour and they swear he's 5 minutes away..
Ginos customer service was the absolute worst customer service I have ever expierenced. After the order was delivered of quality less than substandard the employee was only willing to give a $10 dollar credit on a $26 pizza, which originally they said they would only do $5. He said that his manager would only allow $10 toward a different order after I had explained that the pizza was not edible we had been dealing with the issue with them for over an hour and we were constantly being put on hold at which point we made other food. I asked why they would sell a product for full price and yet not be willing to properly fix their mistake if the product wasn't of full quality. He said I would have to call back to speak to the manager when they were there, so I said okay and asked for his name at which point he hung up on me. This customer service is frankly disrespectful and quite honestly doesn't make any sense. This is how you lose business. Ensure quality and if an error happens be willing to compensate for the full product and service otherwise you're taking advantage of your customers.
Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and was surprised at how quickly it was delivered so I tipped well. Then opened the pizza box to find the pizza twisted on top of itself. I called to complain when they told me it wasn’t their fault and didn’t seem to care at all so I hung up. Then went to eat the mangled pizza and realized it was cold and hard. The cheese was stale and the slices were curled up and bent and the dough was stale. I’m pretty sure they gave us someone else’s canceled order from hours earlier that they’d tossed aside. Even if they’d dropped it, from the point I ordered it and it arrived, it wouldn’t have been cold. I’m only giving one star because I have to or if give none. Customer service was horrible and the food was horrible.
