I previously had an issue here but they made it right, everything was addressed. Great management, great food, super fast service. 10/10 would recommend.
The food taste good but the service was just awful, they dont scream “welcome to firehouse” when you go inside. They had added some items to my sandwich that i had not asked for, when I brought this up to them , I was met with eyerolls and them lecturing me as to how I am wrong, making me feel really uncomfortable about the allergies I cannot control. Very unprofessional behaviour and would encourage anyone to get a sub anywhere else
Bought one hook and ladder and got one free. L of a good deal. Always great subs.
The staff whom handed me my meal had greasy gloves and got I believe to be mayo on my bag. Over priced. Tables dirty. Window sills disgustently dirty. Washroom tolet loose to falling off. Floor sticky. Even door handle on exit loose... a FIRE EXIT door handle loose at Firehouse? What a terrible experience !!!
Probably my favourite sub chain. Full of items every-time I go, it’s well worth the price. One star off since they were out of a few things, and forgot a few toppings on mine and my boyfriends subs. They also had to charge us separately for the combos, since they didn’t hear us the first time when we were ordering that that’s what we wanted. May have been an off day though. Still was super good, and we’ll come back again.
It was alright, but nothing I would go out of my way for to specifically get again. I was quite devastated after ordering my Italian sub, that I did not get to choose the toppings that went onto it afterwards…(guess I figured it was going to be like your typical sub place).I expected better from the pickle that came with it but it was very bland and not crunchy like I was hoping for. There was a good amount of meat on it but the fact that I can’t get my regular sub toppings on it made me very sad and will likely be the thing that will keep me from coming back.The wait for them to make the subs was surprisingly long for a fast food sub joint.
Truly the best Subs I've ever had! I've been extremely disappointed in my favorite fast food joints lately and my Uncle recommended Firehouse Subs. I was Not disappointed! Thank you Firehouse Subs for some long awaited quality fast food.
Their subs are delicious. A bit of a wait when you compare it to other places. But maybe the extra time is he love and quality they put into their subs?
I am not a person normally to write a negative review for a Fire House Subs business but i feel that i have to write one. I have been in multiple Fire House Sub locations all across the GTA locations including London , Barrie and the recently new Owen sound location! The 4th avenue location in St. Catherince has disappointed me 4 times now .. i have given it multiple try's .. I ordered the cheddar beef brisket (Amazing Sub) but ,have never had these issues at any other locations !!!! The buns were dry, ( taste like day olds) meat was dry and not enough sauce at all ! Im not sure what this location is doing different from the other locations but i am very disappointed to say the least after spending alot of money on multiple subs i ordered from a sub shop that has a great rep!! Also they dont say welcome to Fire House as they are supposed to with little to no care to there customers , as i watched on i seen this with other customers that day putting in orders ( not a friendly atmosphere) I am gonna try it one more time Today April 7th and hopefully have a different outcome..Sadly i had to rate my last 4 visits to be 1 ⭐️ were it should of been 5++
First time we have tried firehouse subs. Enjoyed our subs, and will be back. Price is a little bit higher than competitors, but the quality was much better.
