I’ve eaten at the Sarnia location twice and loved it both times. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was very tasty. Service was fast. Place is very clean.

I used to very much enjoy the cheesecake burritos from the SSM location. They haven’t been the same lately, my partner asked staff how come and they told him that management decided to opt for frozen ones instead. Disappointing to say the least, stop cutting quality for a profit. ?

I had the burrito bowl as a salad. Excellent choice. But be careful with asking for spicy. It really is spicy. My mouth was on fire. But sooooo good.
I was incredibly disappointed in the food from here. The steak was not in strips but was minced. The seasoning was awful and I was only able to take 2 bites before in went in the garbage. The bill was $60 and the only thing that was great was the cheesecake dessert. Go instead to Burrito Boys. I always enjoyed their food and their steak isn’t minced!
This was my first visit, took 3 bites and threw it out! Ordered crispy chicken (must have been sitting for awhile as the coating was falling off and was cold). Ordered the jerk chicken and it just came covered in a sauce which made the burrito like soup. Ordering a huge burrito is actually huge, which is a positive. Next time will be going back to burrito boyz.
Fresh ingredients, healthy choices, amazing taste and friendly staff. I would recommend this place for burritos to everyone in town.
Average Burrito taste and price. WARNING - MSG or some other highly potent preservatives!!! My lips are swollen. Decent flavour, small meat portion, average topping selection. Why are all these burrito places so expensive? Very little meat, mostly veg and I paid $18 for a pulled pork generic big burrito and a coke. I should have got a pizza or fish n chips for that price. If you just want to put food in your mouth go here, nothing special. Hit pita pit to save money and get better value is my advice though or Swiss chalet if your really hungry. There are better options in the area where your dollar stretch’s better. You will probably never call this your favourite place or go out of your way for it. Also very hard to hear the sever over the really obnoxiously loud music and thick glass barrier.
The staff at the Courtice store were awful to my daughter and when I called to try and talk to them I got hung up on. Terrible customer service. Never again
