I've only been here a few times but have always left satisfied. A lot of good food at respectable prices and portions, with some good daily specials and live music. I went recently with a group of 8 with no reservation and they were able to quickly accommodate us with no wait time, the service was surprisingly good and fast despite the restaurant being very busy. A few minor complaints with the food, the chicken wings were decently sized and juicy but I received all of mine as drumsticks and another at the table received all of his as flats, personally I prefer drumsticks anyway but I think they should be mixed. The pulled pork on the sandwich was also a little dry, but overall a great staple restaurant of the city and I would recommend it to anyone who has never been here.
This place has never let me down. The food is always hot and fresh. Never once had an issue. The brisket burger is delicious and their nachos are the best I have in niagara in a very long time.All the staff that I have had interactions with have always been friendly and willing to help.
The place was packed so I thought that was a good sign, but food was disappointing. The pizzas had no sauce on them. Maybe a teaspoon of sauce spread out on a 6 slice pizza. Mine was like that and my daughters was as well.
I hav been too this restaurant 3 times..ordered exact same thing...the ruben...1st time it was great...2nd time long hair in sandwich that waitress tried to say wasnt there...3rd time which was today...all 3 Ruben sandwiches were completely socked with saurkraut and deeply soggy...they wouldn't send it back to kitchen...by the way I owned 2 restaurants and its an easy fix...drain the saurkraut...cooking 101...waitress got no tip...which she was ignorant and rude. ....and I am done supporting restaurants with bad attitude waitress and poor over priced food...too many good restaurants out there for me to waste my time with places like this with on customer service
I got the fish and chips and the fries were grease soaked and tasted like fish, the fish was grease soaked and the batter was soft and grease soaked, it was a complete waste of my hard earned money. This place is nothing compared to what it use to be. Sad so sad. Will not ever go back again.
I ordered take out.. sent my husband to pick it up he said he had a bad experience there, with no one to greet him for ten minutes.. they forgot my can of coke I payed for, but other than that the food tasted good. Seems like it's best suited for dine in and not takeout.

I absolutely love this place. Been coming here for months now and got to say, Kristine caught our eye at our first visit when she poured our beer in our cups for us when leaving the pitcher at the table so we were able to drink it right away. She makes the experience so lively and is probably one of my favourite servers and keeps me coming back. Food is absolutely over the top and price is reasonable! Definitely highly recommend! But save me a seat;)
Went back for the first time in years and was amazed how much it's changed!The menu is fantastic and extensive. Great portions for the price, well seasoned.The waitresses (We had Jessica and Andrea) both amazing at their job, above and beyond, super friendly, and knowledgeable.Had the best time out here. The booth was huge!If you're on the fence for this one give it a try, we'll worth the trip ?
Amazing place to eat, rest and meet with friends! The staff are super friendly! We brought my daughter there for her birthday and the wait staff and kitchen sent out special treat for her that made her night! The food is delicious with generous portions! They go they extra mile. Highly recommended!
