For the 3rd time in 2 weeks this place tried to short my order. The App. Offered 2 big king burgers for $5. They tried to give me big king Jr. Burgers. Even after I showed the manager the offer on the App. she refused to honor the offer. Check your order from this place. Vary dishonest.
This is really incredible location to taste best nd most fresh chicken. Loved it nd my family enjoyed so much. Guys in front named - Bhuvan has best customer service and has cute smile to greet all customers. All the best guys. ???
It was the first time i went to this location with my frineds. We had trouble using the burger king Mobile App, specially to use their offers or coupons, however the girl at the front counter patiently helped us to redeem the coupons and to use their offers. We received the fresh and hot food. Sadiya, at the front counter was awesome!!!
This restaurant has left the best impression and it was a great experience. Their delicious food item and customer service is most appreciable. I will definitely come back to this store

Now that I got time lol to write this so last week had an incident where I got a veggie burger I explained 3 times how I have an allergy to beef chicken fish etc... I got home and was a beef burger ...didn't realize til a bite later but was really small so didnt think much of it , talked to them they gave me a veggie burger meal a day Katerina to make up for it and where super friendly with the customer service! Didn't have an issue what so ever ... other than being questioned how I k ew and if it really was the wrong burger ... well a day later cue the rash starting and sickness... bot a big deal just minorly inconvenient. The staff as I said were pretty good about handling the situation... just burger kings gotta be more cautious when people tell them they have allergies.
Good if you are in the area and need a quick bite (specifically on a Wednesday for the Whopper deal). Will be a little bit longer of a wait but the savings is worth it. Decent indoor dining. Chicken nuggets are bad. They always charge me for double cheese even though I don’t ask for it. A few times a year is all I can stomach.
Went through the drive thru. Was asked to wait on the other side of building to get my food. Was the 3rd car waiting. Waited almost 10 minutes, not really a big deal. While waiting, noticed skip the dishes showed up and got their deliveries 3 times while I/we waited. I guess regular customers don't matter anymore. Hope bk can survive with just skip the dishes and door dash.
The employees at this joint can't speak or understand a word of English! It's a dammed nightmare trying to order a simple freaking whopper meal! I'm sick of trying to spend my hard earned money at businesses where I have to draw the employees a freaking picture of what I want because they can't speak English.
Very fast and friendly. Burger was good . Was surprised by the chocolate shake. Hadn't been here for a while. It was a small size but just perfect for a complement to the burger. It tasted very good!! Not sure it it was real whipped cream or not but tasted good ( maybe first ask people if they want the whipped cream topping ).
