It is a watering hole. Had some good memories, but the food should be avoided. The deep fryer seems to never get a change of oil. The sandwiches are a waste, except for the giant bun. The ribs are tender, but bland, unfortunate. Service will situate you with a smile, but may dump the table after that too often. Like I said, it is a watering hole.
Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch / early dinner.Staff were very friendly and the service was fast, and good. When a soft drink was low a fresh one appeared without asking.Ordered wings (really good), two kids meals (nuggets and slider meals) and some chicken strips. Simple bar fareSimple deep fried food which was not bad but not great. The wings were really good though.Well priced with draught pints at $6.72 + tax.Not a bad spot, would come back for beers and wings to get argh a game (lots of sports on tv's in here).

Pretty busy for a Monday night, but it's also July 4th so that might explain it. Seated right away and our drink order was taken almost immediately. Service was prompt and polite. Ordered the Steak and Cheese sub as well as a Reuben. Sub was fantastic. Generous portions and a good bun (this is key). Reuben was 2nd favourite I've had in the Niagara Region. Side salad with the sub had dressing packaged separately which was perfect because we ended up taking the salad home and most of my homemade slaw came home too. Broccoli and Cheese bites were a new one for me and I enjoyed them.

We really enjoyed our burgers! The waiter was very nice and helpful at recommending some local sights to visit while vacationing in the area.
Excellent wholesome family food. If you are in this plaza do not even bother with Tim Hortons unless it is just a coffee you want. The service was friendly and the food was very tasty. We need more places like this. It is good to know that business is brisk here with a lot of ongoing clientele all the time. I would recommend the Chicken Parmesan very tasty and just perfectly cooked pasta with a home made tomate sauce.
First time here. Was a bit slow for service but it's understandable when the place is nearly full to the brim. Everything was amazing had potato skins to start and a bacon cheeseburger for main. Perfectly cooked and portioned.
Visited Bugsy’s based on a recommendation and was not disappointed. Lively atmosphere in one of the most traditional family run neighborhood pubs we have been to in quite some time. Great service from Hanna, delicious pizza and reasonable prices. Do not miss.
