It’s a good place for hangout. I specially liked the cheesecake dressed with caramel syrup.
I had a reservation for 16, 8 year old girls. Our server was amazing and had every order perfect! Thank you for making such a big event seamless and enjoyable for us all.

Worst Boston Pizza in the Niagara region for service. Food was what you'd expect. Decent food but prices have gone up every year for the last few. Server was not having a good night. Worst service I've had in a long time.
Last time I came here was 6 months ago, blown away with quality of pizza and customer service.Visited again today, tried the fettuccine Jambalaya Fettuccine. Wasn't spicy, tasted slightly bland and would appreciate more sauce. It wasn't hot when received. I also got the bite-sized brownie as dessert. I was just disappointed because the brownie was cold.Overall, the temperature could've been better, but I'll give it another chance some other time.

Stopped by Boston Pizza last night while exploring Niagara Falls area. Our waitress was very nice, I wish I could remember her name. The food was delicious and she helped us navigate what sauce to pick for our wings. The wings were perfect, crispy, flavorful. And the pizza was great too, the BBQ sauce on the pizza was on the spicy side which we loved. Would return if in the area. Everything came in perfect time, temperature and taste. No complaints!
Called ahead to ask if we needed reservations for dinner this evening ( Feb 26, 2022 ) on the patio, due to an unvaccinated person in our group. Arrived to see snow covered tables and nothing prepared on the patio. A manager went to his car to get a snow brush to clear off a table for us. Needless to say we did not stay. We were not offered any compensation! If the patio is advertised as open, it should be prepared and ready for use! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
Loved this place! Excellent food, quickly served, and everything was hot. Our server Bridget was super friendly and was very quick to ask if we needed more water or if we were doing okay with our meals, or when changes came up during the meal. Definitely recommend her if you stop by here! I also recommend the Thai bites, a bit spicy but super yummy!
We love BP. But this evening the restaurant was so cold we wore our coats the whole time. Also the steak ordered was only half done the way ordered. The service was good, no complaints there
