My wife and I were at this Boston Pizza last night, seated quickly and within a minute our server Evan came over to get our drink order. My wife asked about the flavours of a certain drink and he quickly went and checked and gave her all of them. He checked on us numerous times even when he had another party of about 10 people and another table. When it came to ordering the food, Evan was great! I’m kind of picky with food and he figured out a solution for me very quickly. Our food came out quickly and was exactly what we wanted! Evan asked us a few times if we needed another drink or anything else.Overall, great service and great food!Thanks Evan for serving us and being absolutely awesome even with all the debit issues yesterday.
The new loaded texmex Fries are great. It can be better if they create a spicy variation of it. Mediterranean Pizza is amazing as well.
Great food, great drinks, great service and a nice atmosphere. Have ordered take out, delivery, and eatan in. Each way has always been good. Will definitely be back.

I was there with my friend, he parked in handicap spot and put his sign up. As soon as we stepped in to the restaurant, the manager said "if you don't have a handicap sign, your car will be towed away", without even asking....We sat down, the waiter had a chip on her shoulder first and was very rude. For our drink, the glasses she brought was still wet and water drops on it, finger prints and sticky. We had to ask her to bring us dry cups.Food was great but service was horrible.If you read the comments, all bad comments are for staff and mainly management team. Very sad.
Believe all the bad reviews on this Boston pizza as it's accurate.Like many say, horrible, very nasty. awful, very rude discriminating customer service in this one. Worst staff and Boston Pizza by far. Avoid at all costs. My child who is treated adhd etc and rigid in thought who they don't know nor know myself, but instead of doing the right thing and telling my child listen to your mother who isn't eating in the restaurant but going home instead, she deliberately chose to do the opposite. Not okay!. Silly young girl with absolutely no life experience who doesnt know my child nor I at all, nor the supports I have in place for him), deliberately chose to cause a bigger problem instead of helping prevent one. Shame on you!I'd literally only walked in and out briefly as I didnt intend to eat in there. Only to get my child out so I could take him home who was having a difficult moment.Then once home I find two of their staff slipped their phone numbers in my child's pockets. Shocking!Seriously?!! That is NEVER okay and you ask consent of the parent before doing such a thing it's still a huge no no. Thats where they seriously crossed the line. It is never okay to do that. Naturally I put it where it belonged ripped up and in the garbage rightly so where it belonged.These staff are HUGE nasty trouble makers that break rules on so many levels and are a discriminating bunch. I'm seriously now considering legal action against them/ or the rsstaurant. They crossed the line. There's some things you just do not do!Seriously Boston Pizza owners! you need to FIRE the staff at this one as they're unfit, discriminating, and practice unconditional bias, evidently so, just look at the other many bad reviews I can well believe. Staff are shockingly very rude in this one. Just nasty trouble makers. Be more careful to get proper trained staff in future or risk losing customers instead but rightly so. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.Not sure who on earth they think they are, but give their heads a huge shake.Do yourselves a big favour the public. Avoid this place as it's a bad staffed one with absolutely no clue. There's far better restaurants to eat in where they have a clue. Avoid this place at all costs.
This is one of the worst places to eat will definitely not be going back ordered take out and the food was horable and they wouldn't do anything about it and when I called back to talk to the GM manager she was nothing but rude and did nothing but give attitude did Care at all said she would call back and never did
Food was good. Hot and fresh. Service was good. Only complaint was they forgot my daughter's dessert to go but we were in a hurry.
If you're like me and love pineapple on your pizza, then you must try the Royal Hawaiian. It is so good. Our family went on our first vacation since the pandemic started, and the kids eat free promo for March was perfect.
