Because of covid we haven't been to this place since February. Was looking so forward to it. First of all the one worker had no mask and another had it underneath his nose. There were no gloves worn to handle the food. It took forever for someone to take my order and then the guy working the cash did not wash his hands before handing the good. This place was great when it first opened. The portions were huge. They've really skimped a lot. I will not be returning.
1 other couple in the place. Waited 10 min. To get served, and definitely not worth the wait. Somehow managed to burn the chicken shwarma. Really unfortunate as have been to other locations and they have been great. This location is terrible.
I had half an hour to wait for meds at the Pharmacy so walked down a few doors and saw Osmow's. Never been there or heard of it before but now we are not likely to forget it ! A very patient Matt answered all my questions about the various items on the menu and I ordered the beef meatballs with veg and Greek salad. I also took away a beef shwarma wrap. Everything was prepared, tossed and cooked in front of me, fresh and as spicy as I liked. We enjoyed such a lovely, great value meal. Salad was crisp. Cooked carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and more provided plentiful veggies. The wrap was huge, packed with meat, turnip, tomato and cuke. If this is Isolation, bring it on !! Especially when there are leftovers :)
I love Mediterranean! I like the spice pallet. The Shish Taouk was tasty. The rice was not sticky or exceedingly dry. The salad was not my favourite but it was also not too wet. There was plenty of food.
We ordered two large chicken on the rocks with tzatzaki. The chicken was very dry and neither order had the tzatziki we paid extra for. The large Greek salad was devoid of dressing and had so little feta and olives that it really didn’t even taste like a Greek salad. Lastly, the baklava was terrible. It was extremely dry and tasteless.
Lots of choice, generous portions, food was good too. Staff were friendly. Would recommend not to go overboard on the chilli sauce, its very hot!
Yummy Mediterranean food! Service is quick, prices are good and you can sit in or take to go. The meat here is seasoned beautifully! Best Fast Mediterranean in St. Catharines.
I've always been a huge fan of Osmows. Use to line up for it in Streetsville. I was so happy to hear they were opening in St. Catharines. You must try their chicken on the rocks because there's nothing else like it. Texture, taste, it's just so delicious. We also get the chicken shwarma wrap. The workers are friendly. Restaurant is very clean.
This is a brand new restaurant that recently opened in my neighborhood, so I decided to give it a try as I like Mediterranean food, and I wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh, tasty, and portions generous. There are gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. The staff was very friendly. Overall, very good experience, though I wished that the price( $15 per plate) included pop.
