Perfect with the ambience,food,drinks especially service , Kate was absolutely brilliant with her skills and communication..it’s my first visit and she helped me understand things well and Gonna definitely be coming here evry week for sure ..keep rocking guys
We ordered chicken poutine.. it was burned and taste so bad & 2lb chicken was too tiny and not much quantity.Not satisfied
I am an old patron of Fossil & Haggis. I have visited here again recently 4 times and the most recent visit was the most disappointing. They have always had jumbo wings and those jumbo wing were what made me want to go back. However, they seemed to no longer carry jumbo wings. Now I am wondering what else has changed with the place in their menu. COVID may have taken a toll on the business, but it is not at all like how it used to be.
The amount of tzaziki sauce that came with my calamari is ridiculous. See pics. The menu stated that the souvlaki wraps comes with salad n fries and got nothing. I tried to resolve this issue within the restaurant but all the lady would say is to contact Uber eats. This issue is caused by the kitchen staff, not Uber eats. This is appalling.
We were a group of five and the food took over 45 minutes, for just the appetizers alone. The night wasn’t very busy either, so there really aren’t many excuses for the extremely slow service

Don’t honour their menu descriptions - ordered chicken souvlaki sandwiches that clearly slates comes with fries and salad and was only sent sandwiches. When I called to let them k ow if the error - they insinuated it was my fault that I didn’t ask for a platter even though the price for the description clearly stated fries and salad. I have them benefit of the doubt but turns out they deliberately scammed me. Will never order from them again.Oh and the sandwiches were terrible - gristly chicken not much of it and no Tzatziki - blah

Never again for food. Definitely not trained cooks. Most food was overdone. Sour cream runs like wet paint. So not worth the money or the upset stomach. It's a shame as before the change from fossil and haggis, the food was half decent.
I remembered when this place was Fossil & Haggis, the place is have the size of the original. The food is okay, but the wings need to be improved!!! I ate some today, they were cooked well but they still had some part's on and reminded me of Chinese take out wings. They were season okay, the staff is nice but I miss the size. I hope they can improve.
