This is one of my go to favourite spots. The food is spicy but worth the heat. I definitely recommend you try it.Hidden gem in Scarborough in popular Midland / Finch area. They serve Chinese BBQ - Sichuan cuisine. Very popular for their skewers - Chongqing Street Food. The skewers are fresh, hot, spicy, moist and tasty. The cumin is strong and spicy but super flavourful. The lamb skewers are the best, very addictive.I will also recommend the chicken fried rice - it’s one of the best! Their dumplings are a must have. The serving size is huge and cheap. If you are feeling for something more exotic - try the Spicy Flavour Roasted Fish. It is served with Glass Noodles (Fensi) and I don’t know what’s better the Noodles or the Fish. You can pay extra for extra noodles. The fish is freshly caught from their tank and prepared. Fish is generally an expensive item in Toronto and their price is fair. They recently renovated their restaurant and the decor is modern, inviting and comfortable. Most of the staff’s English is limited but they manage. They also have some whose English is more conversational.Tip : if you pay cash you can get a 5percent discount :)

Ordered a $55 take out at 10pm. But they gave us the wrong order. We drove all the way back to the restaurant to get the right order but they blamed it on us and didn't give us the correct order back. So right now we are stuck with some unknown order which I seriously don't know what they are. That staff said shes just a worker there, she can't do much. She said she couldn't communicate with my boyfriend because he can't speak Chinese. But hello, this is Canada. English is first language, so don't push the blame on someone else. Take the responsibility and don't shift the blame to the customer when you messed up.

Great food, prices were good. Definitely go for spicy skewers. Its pain but its the good kind.

Solid Chinese BBQ spot. Been coming here for years. Love to come by after big event.Tired, exhausted and hungry?"Let's go Yang's".Skewers of all types made to order. We always binge on the lamb and pork belly skewers. Korean cabbage for a bit of veggies. Always delicious and great for that street food feel. Usually round off the meal with multiple orders of their dumplings. Favorites for us are the pork and chives dumplings. Seafood dumplings are great to mix up the flavours and if it's your taste, lamb dumplings are a classic. All in all, great place for dine in and take out.

This is one of my regular place to visit for last 10 years. Communication can make things complicated sometimes as waiters are with limited English skills. There is a huge room for improvement to keep the restrooms clean.Food is pretty good and very similar to the bbq restaurants from mainland China.

The food was good, but the service could be a bit better. The 3 stars are for the food. For service it is a 1 star. Came here twice, and both of the times they forgot one or our dish... very disappointing.

Sep2021: review based on one visit. Inexpensive, fast service and excellent bbq skewers. This isn't a fancy place, but if you're here for their bbq skewers, they are very good if not excellent. All were well cooked and spiced: had the lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp balls, cabbage and yes, the lamb testicles. Can also recommend their steamed dumplings and cold dishes. Liked the kelp salad. Tried two dishes and they were OK, I think I'd stick to the bbq skewers, dumplings, cold dishes and maybe try a casserole dish next time. The menu is extensive, with good sized portions, inexpensive and turnaround on orders quick with perfunctory service (which is ok with me). Thought the spice level was fine, and the really hot items are marked with red peppers. The tent for outdoor dining is functional for what it is. Definitively interested in a return visit.

We sat in the patio setup with tents so we were safe from the rain. We placed our order and the food was delivered promptly. We ordered a spread and the few that we really enjoyed were the Chicken Fried Rice, Hot and Sour Soup, Lamb Skewers, and Fried Eggplant. Some dishes we had were alright, but probably won’t order again, the chicken wings and pomfret were on the dry side, the jellyfish dish was a bit bland, the beef skewers were a bit tough and chewy, the other snacks on skewers were alright but not exciting. Will definitely come back for more and try other items next time!

The place was good. It's lost a star due to customer service. The person taking our order kind of let out a sigh when done taking our order. However the food was good. There is spicy cabbage which I would recommend and there was the hot pot. Was not impressed by the toast on a stick (BBQ toast). There is room for improvement on customer service and some menu items.

July 2021 located in a semi busy plaza split between restaurants, stores and a medical building. This restaurant isn't bad. The BBQ lamb skewers are always a good start and tastes ok. A bit spicy as you'd expect and are a decent size. The spicy fried chicken is pretty good, spicy and flavorful. The stewed pork and vermicelli in hot pot was ok... Certainly a unique flavor.
