I was gone today first time this location for jaffnaa fries. We usually going Markham location. which is best customer service and Here we bought Jaffna fries and giving instructions for less sauce and take out for that then we see inside having no sauce. This same instructions we all time giving in markham location when we purchased Jaffna fries. But then when we see no sauce And my husband go again to told one lady she wears 2 hair pony tail and red Ti-shirt she having a phone continuously and never seen customer is coming for order only call order she is doing busy with calls. Then when i came inside she told us sauce for extra charges i told her instructions less sauce but they put no sauce. And i told her give us sauce she said it’s extra charges. I told why extra charges but you didn’t put sauce inside. Too much attitude inside her she is not friendly even not giving customers service. So please don’t go this location. Going another location it’s will be good customer service.They don’t deserve even 1 star.
This place used to be decent but jacking up the Markham Special to $19 and reducing portion sizes is really bad business practice. I get that there's inflation but they should've just removed this menu item and not do something shady like this.
They make fairly good flavored chicken wings. I can't speak of what else is on the menu since I only tried their two flavored wings. I'll say this place is worth it, not too busy.
Not sure what's up with their phone. Have many issues calling them, every single time BUT, the food is good.
Chicken was okay. The size was great flavor was below average. Fries were awful I would recommend getting a salad. Deep fried pickles and cheese sticks were great. Service was great very friendly staff and it was quick. I would visit again but would order different chicken wings
DELICIOUS!!!Best wings and chilli fries I have ever had, I had their Markham Special in Devils ranch flavour + Chilli fries.If you crave for something spicy, this is to go.It’s a 10/10 for me.Just a heads up, it’s super spicy but it was WORTH IT!
Wings were very dry and hard to chew on. Can do a lot better than serving old chicken wings or over cooking it.
From the day they opened until now... WOW!!! what a change... Every time I had an appetite for wings I would always order from them..however, lately their quality of chicken wings have sinked and there French fries are hard and dry.. To top it of I called the location to let them know and the man hanged up on me!!
Don’t get the “Meaty Poutine”. Stale fries, barely warmed up chicken tenders, barely any bacon. Just a bad experience with the poutine overall. Like maybe anything else except that one thing, you’ve been warned!
Regularly visit this spot, it's always good!If it's your first time here, I reccomend the Markham special: includes a pound if wings (your choice of flavour, and trust me, they have a lot), Jaffna fries (fries with some spices, sauce, and onions), as well as a drink. All for just under $15! It'll definitely fill you.
