Hosted a Dinner Party at Windies and had an amazing service by Staff and food was amazing.Keeping a dinner party at Windies was such a stress free and enjoyable experience with our guests. Food was great, our guest was awesomely great they all made it a great success.The decor by Roxevents Decor seal the deal making it feel like an upscal dinner party with elegance.
Love the staff & food, but the manager/owner chooses when customers can order food when it comes to a certain time. This review is for the staff and food. He receives 1 star (bias human)
Caribbean food! I will put that first as the name would imply boring pub fare which is what I was looking for as I was with 2 12yr olds and an adult looking for food between kids soccer. What a surprising treat. Food was delicious, even the picky kids loved it. Portions were massive, one portion for 2 people and likely have leftovers. Waitress was even better, very friendly and helpful. Place was definitely casual. I would definitely go again

I always order the same thing, which is the windies fried rice special. It’s a mix of shrimp, chicken and pork with fried chicken on top. The flavours are amazing and even better with their in house hot sauce. I love it, thank you.
Amazing food. Vibe is great too. A little slow on the prep so I recommend ordering ahead or planning to chill out for a bit and not rush out.
The food is amazing, large portion, tasty and fresh. Big ups to Shaki (rip), she makes the most amazing drinks.I would go there just for those drinks that she makes. And such a sweet soul.I will have to make a trip soon. But I won’t get my delicious Shaki drinks.I live in the west and I’d definitely travel to get some of their fried rice so. I do recommend this restaurant. They have lots of seating and good music as well.
Ordered food today for a baby shower. They gave us the wrong food but unfortunately we didn't check before we left. We've been coming here for years and have never had this issue. Anyways, now they want the wrong order returned to the restaurant before they'll even begin making our actual order. So the wrong food thats been sitting in our house over an hour, they want to give back out to other customers. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Also there was no apology for their mistake, no apology for charging us for the wrong food AND we have to go all the way back there now to fight with a rude waitress about a refund and returning old food that we didnt even eat, want, or order. This used to be our go to place for group orders and occasionally events, but NEVER AGAIN. And we telling EVERYBODY!!!
The food here is pretty good. My family and I have been going to Windies for years. We usually get the Windies Special fried rice topped with chicken. The spicy shrimp here is pretty good and the drinks are strong! If you are ordering your food for takeout I suggest calling it in first because it does take some time to make the food as it is fresh. The only downfall of this place is that there is very limited parking, Overall, this spot will forever be on the top of my list!
The food used to be amazing a few years ago. Today we ordered fried rice , chili chicken and chicken wings. I was very disappointed because nothing had flavor and the dishes definitely were not cooked today. I'm annoyed at myself for not driving a little further to Starlite. Never going back to this place.
