Not sure why a few of the reviews are negative if you have an issue go inside and order your food and check it before you leave.I always park and go inside.I have been going to this location for many years never had an issue.The renovations look great. I like the new drink dispenser.I don't understand why anyone would order fast food from Skip The Dishes and expect it to be top notch when it arrives.When I order and take it home the meal must be reheated. I would never expect it to be as fresh as it would be if you stayed and ate the meal in the restaurant.The only comment I would have to say is that everything is more expensive but that is how it is everywhere now.

I am alergic to dairy products and you guys are trying to put me in a a hospital like come on. I drive up to the drive thru and on the bored IT SAID NO CHEESE.
The newly renovated wendies looks nice. We tried the chicken strips and recommend trying it with the ghost pepper ranch!

I love this location and have been going to this location for decades. I'm glad to see that it went through a much needed renovation to give more space and make it wheelchair accessible. The interior is very nice and very roomy including the kitchen area. The staff is very friendly as well.
A typical Wendy's location overall. Kids love it for their tender burgers, peculiar chilli fries and deserts. Adults respect it for blazing fast cooking, good choice of salads and the baked potato. On my last visit the crew helped my daughter to pick soft foods following a dental surgery - hence solid 5 stars.
Excellent service from the staff here. The guy operating the drive through was super friendly and made me feel good to be ordering from them. Will keep coming to this location! Good job guys!
Would give zero stars of an option.1. Slowest service of life and 5 people working.2. Language barrier at the intercom is ridiculous. After correcting the employee, they failed to mute the intercom. Horrible customer3. Pulled up to the window and was told that my total was $28.... I ordered fries and nuggets for a child.4. My actually order that I prepaid for was given to the car ahead for free!
..I went to the Wendy's on Kipling Avenue and Brookmere (in Toronto) on 30 December 2021...! The service was poor and the manager was very, very rude! Since she has become a manager, business has been DOWN, and many complain about her! I think that she is from Guyana/Caribbean, but regardless she is very rude and the company should FIRE her, immediately!
