My husband and I went for the grand slam two eggs bacon pancake, it was terrible pancake was not cooked eggs were the same I wanted to send it back. The place is not clean holes in the chairs I think the health dept will be in touch what happened it once was a nice place to eat We will not be back you are going to make someone very sick.

My first and last time here. The seats look they're crumbling apart. The breakfast was gross as ever. Toast tasted old and stale. Pancake was so doughy and raw like. The home fries some had raw potatoes inside, the eggs were gross. I had to call the server over multiple times to ask for things. No wonder this place was empty. Gross and I'll never be back.

I went there with my friends for a Karaoke night and ordered chicken wings. Because we thought they are good, we ordered two platter that came with carrots and French fries on the side. The chicken was hard like a rock. Because we were hungry we finish just one platter and left the other one. We told the waiter that it’s hard as rock and told her to take it away. When the bill came they charge us for two platter. I was telling it to a friend why chicken wings are like that and she said it might have been microwaved. Lesson learned eat before you go out on a karaoke night with friends at Watts Restaurant. I’m not sure though what kind of food they have for lunch and breakfast. I hope it’s not all microwaved foods. The karaoke host were amazing tho.

Too bad that I had to give a one star review but the experience was not good at all.• The cutlery that was given looked dirty and was sticky.• The coffee mugs were stained and not washed properly. You could wipe the stains away with your fingers.• They got my partner’s order wrong.• I ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar wrap that came with a Cream of broccoli soup. The soup was delicious and I ate that but the wrap tasted off and had a sour fishy smell to it. I had 2 bites and could not finish it. We told the waitress, she took it away and I then proceeded to order the French toast. The French toast was OK but it also had a fishy aftertaste to it.When the bill came, they still proceeded to charge me for the wrap. We told the waitress it was disgusting and only took 2 bites. She said she told the owner but because I had finished the soup they had to charge me. Absolutely will not be going back to this place. I would suggest a hard pass. Not clean, and customer service has a hard fail.

Updated review below,Service was absolutely horrible, our server blamed having one cook for our poor service, yet two couples left as they were waiting over ten minutes for a menu (the place wasn't busy) after ordering it took almost 40 minutes to receive our food, only to have our orders wrong, so much so they wiped half the meal as they couldn't charge for undercooked food, the sausage was literally close to raw, home fries were unseasoned and close to raw. Also the entire time our waitress was complaining about having to work there, I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.So an update, it's been almost 3 years since I last visited watts restaurant. The service was even worse, had to repeatedly ask for items that were ordered, the place was so dusty I doubt they've given it a simple wipe in the last 3 years. (Photos in post) the server blamed everything she could for the poor service, the only reason I went again was because they HAD really good French onion soup... it's trash now ?If I could I would give 0 stars. I won't I'll be back.Anyone know a good French onion soup joint? ??

This place is terrible in every aspect. If I could give 0 stars I would. There was barely any staff, and one of the few working was loudly complaining about everything, while taking breaks to play the video slot machines (LOL).Service was basically nonexistent, and the food portions were very small. They only had 2 out of 10 beers on tap available, and even that was completely flat. They only seem to cater to the old, alcoholic regulars while leaving everyone else on their own.The only positive was that it was clean. That's it.Avoid this place.

Terrible food, service functional.Menu pictures at great odds with what we were served. This is not the way to go to get your Covid losses backWill never go there again.

Great Breakfast location!Had the Cornbeef Hash with eggs, it was a delicious. The portion size is good, made to my request with crispy potatoes. It's been ages looking for the perfect cornbeef-hash breakfast, I believe I found it!!!Great service too.

Honestly the service was extremely kind. That said the food was horrid, not fit for a dog.

This was my first time ordering from Watts.I chose their Thanksgiving "special" to take out as it sounded good for a reasonable price. The special included a roll, soup or salad, turkey with "all the trimmings" and pumpkin pie for dessert. I chose the soup option. What came home with me was: NO roll, NO pie, salad instead of soup. Not sure how anyone can get it so wrong. As far as quality, the turkey was overly salty and tough, the mashed potatoes were ok except for a large, hard piece of barely cooked potato in the middle. The vegetables were just sad and overcooked. The best I can say about the meal is that the stuffing and cranberry sauce were tasty...but that isn't what a turkey dinner should be. In fairness, and the only reason I've given it 2 stars instead of 1, is that they offered to make good on the missing pie and soup but, honestly, I doubt that I'll make the trip back to claim what will likely be more mediocre food. Not worth the over $20 price at all. Just chalk it up to a lesson learned I suppose.
