Placed an over $500 order of chopped chicken, mixed rice, mixed noodles, and spring rolls. We received severely over-fried chicken and wonton like trays of dough...no.spring rolls in my trays. I didn't pickup the order so it was embarassingly noticed after the party started and.i did the rounds to notice that spring.rolls weren't present.I tried contacting the manager to no avail a few times. It was quite embarassing receiving the two trays of fried dough as it was a surprise 72nd birthday party. Hardly anyone ate the dough as we didn't know what it really was nor the benefit of it.I asked for an email address to contact the manager as it was complicated reaching him and was also told that there isn't one.I'm utterly upset with this service considering I have 5 more events with larger orders and still no contact from the mgr. Spring rolls don't look like the picture as I saved some in a zip lock b4 throwing out the rest.
I just ordered 2 special chicken fried rice, calamari, pepper shrimp, broccoli w. Chicken and WONTON SOUP.My WONTON SOUP was MISSING. Broccoli and chicken was VERY SALTY not like the last time I ordered. The fried rice was also more salty than last time.I'm tired of ordering food and having items missing..this is not the 1st time. It's not hard to read and fill an order.JUST DO BETTER TWILIGHT.
I wish I could give this place ZERO. My friend and I walked in last Friday night around 7pm. There were 6 men at the bar and a table of 4 who looked like they finished eating and just hanging out. The girl behind the bar kept serving the men at the bar and did not acknowledged us. We waited 15 minutes and decided to leave. While we were leaving we noticed she was on her freaking cell phone. Kudos to the owner for hiring this good for nothing of a waitress. ?
Unpretentious bar. Very good service, pleasant staff. Ordered a few dishes of west Indian food and was not disappointed. Portions were generous and flavorful. Odd building layout. Looks like the dining area converts easily to an expansive dance floor. DJ started warming up around 10pm with some nice tunes. A fun place to drop in for a quick drink and bite.
My wife keeps them as busy. I sit back and enjoy whatever she orders. Take a break from your regular fare, if you have never tried Island cuisine, and give them a shot. You'll be glad you did. Don't be surprised if you go back often!
My 5 star rating is not only because of how fresh and ever so tasty my food was, also due to the incredible service my family received tonight.1 of my items was not included, simple error, but, I reached out to the restaurant and although I stated it was ok, just calling to advise, the gentleman who answered the phone not only made sure that my item was made fresh, he delivered it to me personally. A frigid winter night, negative temperatures and he went out of his way to provide exceptional customer satisfaction! I thank you for this! In this difficult time, kindness and understanding go a long way! We will continue to support Twilight! Blessings!
It's a beautiful restaurant. I love going there with family. I love paint nights because that's when families can interact with other cultures and enjoy some quality time. Shouting out to Ron Dukes and Tray Art. You can follow them on Instagram @trayarts and @mrrondukes. Thanks guys for what you're doing. Me and my family appreciate y'all???????
The food selection is good. The food is made per order, fresh! Great customer service.
The events and food catered to Caribbean people and flavour.
Paying attention to detail and being authentic goes a long, long way. This food was disappointing to say the least. I asked for goat roti. They gave me chicken. And that chicken wasn't fresh. It was chewy and tough, likely prepared last night. Not very much chicken, either. And the paratha had the consistency of a rubber glove. Too much money to be so disheartened. I would keep my mouth shut if l only paid $2.50. Because that is what this meal was worth. Never again. Our entire evening was ruined. Zero stars, and never again.
