The slowest dine-in tim hortons location ive ever been to. Get ready to wait 15mins -30 mins if you order anything other than a coffee.
Service was decent, coffee was hot, followed instructions on my food order correctly. Over all one of the better Tim hortons I have been to in a long time. To the crew members working at 4:45pm Saturday February the 26th, thank you. Great service and I appreciate it.
I visit today on 3 jan 2022 for breakfast sit in .Very poor management. Employees need more training for customer service. Inside sitting table are very drity. Ask for cleaning no one assist counter lady was ver rude and unprofessional .we clean our table ourself .I will not recommend any one to go this location .
Location never has food at 10 pm - not even donuts or timbits and staff always seems inconvenienced by customers when they pull up to the drive-thru. I'm consistently asked to wait when I come to the speaker, even when there are no other customers around. Very dissatisfied.
It is the most worst tim I have ever been. Morning staff is so rude that they will ask you to just go back and forth on drive way. They literally shout at you. Seriously a big 0 for their customer service skills.
I went at around 3pm , drive through is very busy , but inside is almost empty, u can sit and relax with coffee inside store.Wash room facility is available.Staff has to be increased as they r always busy in drive through deliveries.My overall experience was good and definitely will be visiting again .During afternoon and night time its very cam and peaceful inside store as not much people come inside.
Ordered from drive through, the lady had some problem understanding a simple order. Repeated 3 to 4 times and when I got to the window clearly she was swearing at me in Tamil most probably all i could do was laugh. Some people when they work they think they are doing favor to the whole world. Hahsha
Good place for have a coffee. Employees are very friendly and patient especially the lady stands at the counter. Lots of space inside the store for sit and relax your food.
The girl served in drive thru at 3:55 pm today, literally misbehaved with us. She was hurrying too much. Made awful expression with words. There was no one before us and only one car behind us. We ordered 2 medium iced Capps and 10 assorted timbits only.I wish I can give 0 star.She was almost giving us heart attack with her rush.Tim Hortons is doing business, not donations to public.Surprised ? to see the attitude of their employee.No other location is bad like this one.Sunday October 31st, 2021.
Drive thru experience is very bad. The person took the order had a very very bad attitude. This was around 10.30am Saturday 13th. We ordered a French vanilla which was basically hot water. Will not visit this place again. Horrible.
