Super slow, waited 15+ minutes for a bowl.

The manager/supervisor with the glasses at this location tells her workers to secretly charge customers extra money. It worked on my mom several times but one day my mom noticed that they were charging extra, so she called them out on it and they therefore stopped doing it to her. Watch out for how much money they’re charging you because they’re trying to secretly overcharge you. Terrible customer service.

Yesterday, I had bad experience in Tim hortons. I ordered 2 southwest chicken wrap. The lady who was at the back made the wrap. I took the wrap. And when I opened the wrap, then I realized that this is not the right one. I ordered crispy southwest chicken wrap but she made simple crispy chicken sandwich. I went back and informed the gentleman who was at the front desk. He said, some one will come and I wait, one lady came, I said there is no corn and it’s just a simply chicken wrap. She said I will confirm with the lady who made the wrap. The lady came back and said I think, you already ate the corn and might be it’s at the bottom. I politely said, no, I have not ate. I just open it.The second lady again said, I think you ate. Then I said I m not lying. You can open the wrap even. Then finally the 3 lady came, she behaved so awkward. Even I donot have the words to explain the situation. She argued with me, then she check the order history, finally she realized that this is the mistake from their end. She said, I will make the wrap, firstly you have to throw the wrap. She made and she came back to me and firstly, she took the bag from my hand then she throw the bag with old wrap in dustbin. she was thinking that I was lying. And the lady was very rude. I will never come to this tim hortons again whose supervisor thinks their customers are theive. I think, the owner has to put more attention how their employees are working and behaving with their customers. Please have some true value of humanity, empathy and good communication.

Literally the worst location of all time. I work in this mall and have placed a mobile order here several times before. I placed the order to THIS location and the reps at the store tried to tell me I've made a mistake and ordered to the wrong location. They tried to say I ordered to the location across the street (a location I've ordered from and been to before, and has a completely different address for). I show her on my phone with the receipt THAT ACTUALLY SAYS CEDABARE MALL IN the title to prove I did not make a mistake in the address. She continues to tell me to go across the street instead for my order. I ask to speak with a supervisor and she blows me off and says there isn't one in and she doesn't know when one will be in. Then people from the long line thats built up from over 30 mins prior to my arrival started to complain about the wait time. They blame me for ordering to the "wrong" location, ignoring my proof of purchase and address, refuse to take responsibility and refused to call or bring a supervisor to address THEIR MISTAKE. THIS LOCATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM LOCATION. But with this incident alone its clear they don't care about their mistakes made, finding solutions, or even training their staff on how to speak to customers. If i could have given a negative star it would be -100.

very very slow and instead of biscuit breakfast sandwich they give me stale English muffin breakfast sandwich with egg shell inside

The place is very clean and the staff are welcoming

The staff including the onsite supervisor was extremely slow. It took well over 10 mins to get a simple small coffee and muffin. There was 3 people behind the counter and they managed to run out of dark roast coffee

Really enjoyed hot chocolate. The cashier and staff were very amicable.
