Undercooked bagel, soggy hash browns, consider cooking things a bit longer and slower
I don't like posting negative reviews, but as a frequent customer over many years since they opened, I can't help but point out my 1 concern which is... slow service. I realize this store can get busy, but often I see multiple stuff, yet what seems like nothing happening. I brace myself before going into this Tim's, knowing that I'll be waiting for a long time.
Fast service. However the place was a disaster with food and wrappers scattered all over empty tables at 6pm on April 11th. It was like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Yet, at the same time, why is there so much scattered garbage at this location? What is wrong with the customers?

Disappointed with the poor service here, especially at lunch hour .Staff cant keep track of orders and are slow due to the scarce amount of workers. I do not recommend coming here at lunch hour or any hour as a matter of fact. ?
