Better watch out with this branch. In their menu it says $6.99 but when you pay it shows $7.29. their service is so bad and if you complain they will say talk to the manager but when you ask where is the manager they will say it's not around. Wow it's clear a rubber in broad day light.

I don’t ever give reviews on here, however I feel the need to on this certain location. The bad service is not just a once in a while occurrence. I have never had a good one, after living in the area for 3 years. They make you wait in line for minutes on end without even acknowledging you. Very slow service, very unprofessional, have not had one tasty item. I keep going back thinking it will be different this time, but no. All the menu items seem to be quite similar at all other tims locations, however here the menu items taste completely different (bad). It’s like the recipe’s are not even followed. So disappointing, this location needs a lot of improvement on management. Would not recommend, save your sanity and go to a different tims location if you can.

I usually don’t like complaining but this Tim Hortons has very very ignorant people ( employees). They talk to each other in their own language while customers are waiting for the service. I gave them a 1 star cause it was not possible to give a 0.

There is always one who always mess up your order ,give you unfriendly service ; don't care if you wait too long on drive through. I understand this happens every where. However, making other decent & hardworking staff look bad is unacceptable. This location badly needs a supervision on customer service.

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for years, and the service just gets worse every year. The staff are unfriendly, slow, and 100% unmotivated to work. They take sweet time and still giving the wrong orders. This past 1 week I have been coming with my family around 8:40-9pm and EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE HAD TO WAIT 5-10 mins before someone even comes up to me to take my order. They are too busy doing god knows what, they will see you and won’t even say “ I’ll be right with you “ guess the owner of this franchise doesn’t know how to teach the staff proper customer service. Unfortunately for me it’s the closest Tim Hortons for me or else I would avoid coming here. There should be an option for Zero Stars and that would still be too much for this location. I would love to have someone from Tim Hortons Head Office or The Franchise owner to get in touch with me or watch the video during the night shifts to see how slow the staff is and how they ignore the customers that are walking into the location. Hope this will help this location to be better at customer service which IT LACKS SO MUCH.

I usually don’t like complaining but this Tim hortons has a very ignorant employees! You have no idea how they treat you when you go in to order, they speak their language to each other while interrupting your conversation. The management should change this or gonna lose a lot of customer cos I will not visit this location again

Very bad experience. I ordered two grilled cheese. The staff messed up the order and when I complained the lady gave bad attitude and asked very rudely to give old grilled cheese back and looked down upon as if I had done something wrong and took so long to give correct order. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE STAFF.

Don't bother ordering indoors they will serve 20+ vehicles before even asking for your order and 50+ vehicles before giving you your order. This place should just stay as drive thru, the employees would rather stare at you then take your order.Edit: thanks for the the 20 minute cold sandwich this is by far the worse tim hortons I have ever been to.

I would give this Tim Hortons a ZERO star for my experience. I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I walked in the store for my order, a gentleman was in front of me in line. We were both waiting for a whole 5 minutes before we got tired of waiting and said something, the whole time they never welcomed us and no one took our order. They did not even tell us to wait. We were ignored like we don't exist. In the meantime, they served everybody going through the drive through, there were 4 cars who came after us, got their orders and left, while our line grew to 5 people in the store with no help. The older gentleman in front of me spoke up first and he was ignored. He ended up leaving in frustration because he was not being treated nicely. There were at least 6to 7 people on the floor, each has their own station, I did not understand why no one welcome us and took our order, they just made us wait there and did not say anything, it did not look like they care at all. It was very unprofessional. I would not recommend them for the future.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I put through an order of two black iced coffees through the mobile app and it took 20 minutes.While waiting for my order I noticed multiple vehicles leaving the drive thru. Clearly this location cares more about drive thru customers than the customers that enter the establishment.
