Terrible at making a bagel. I order it double toasted with extra butter because its always under done and dry. Even after making me wait for it because double toaster takes longer they still make it the same way.On top of that, they dont know how to make a Farmers breakfast sandwhich. I got in an argument with them about whether their sauce on the sandwhich.Tim hortons in general has gone way downhill but this location is just awful. They only care about making the order as fast as possible and couldnt care less whether its good or not.
They will never toast your bagel even you asked them multiple times. Also the coffee was horrible. Try to avoid this location.

Sign on the drive thru screen said order at the window. Female employee who was at the window was very rude and argued with me. Horrible customer service...stated my 3 drinks was a big order and that I would have to drive around and come back which I didn't do. Normally when u order 3 drinks you get a tray. Will never go back
The WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE! I highly suggest to the worker on the drive thru get another job because she clearly does not like her current one. To anyone stopping at this Tim Hortons DONT! Take the extra 5 min drive to another location.

This Tim Horton’s employees are all fighting with customers please don’t go here , I asked for a cup of coffee and steak and cheese on biscuit and she did not have and idea about the place she works she was yelling on me and start fighting I just left and got my ,,,, from McDonald’s, this Empolyee needs education how to serve a quest, I never be back here ,
Worst Tim Hortons ever. Ladies working there are very rude and unprofessional. Very lazy and dont even use gloves. Dont even want to give 1 star as well.

The worst Tims in the areaEverytime I go the service is horrible. One morning I was clearly tired as it was early morning, I drove drive past the speaker and went straight to the window i laughed and apologized for how tired I was and I just needed a coffee, they refused to serve me!!!Another evening I went i said my order and they only gave me half I said where is the rest if my items they said they never charged me, then what are you doing when im saying my order at the window!?I come because its the closest to work but I'll never be back i wish I could give 0 star
