There was a girl at the counter talked with me in very rude manner. I don’t know what she wanted to prove. It’s the most important duty of a tim to teach the employees how to behave with customer during the process of hiring. Because small talk can make or ruin someone’s day.
coffee was hot and fresh, staff was super nice and just loved how clean the showcase looked. My favorite timmies location!
Waiting 10 minutes for a coffee people came after me and get served this location. Need to get improved
Located in Eaton centre. its too crowded, you have to wait for so long for taking your order. Sorry to say, service is really poor here.
They gave my order to somebody else then they told me they had no more eggs. I never got my order and I never got my money back avoid this place
They close earlier than the advertised 9 pm. Was there today at 7:10 pm and waited to be served. lady just started to close the gate on me while I was standing there waiting. was able to get out the way in time. A little communication from the staff would be nice

They are very slow. I waited for more than 10 minutes for a step tea.
Doesn’t carry skim milk or lactose milk but still has it on the menu.Apparently they never carry it.
I really don’t like the service here people are so rude they don’t know what they are serving what people want they speak rude to seniors. They should ask politely.
