Very dirty place. And the never let you use the washroom.
Tim Horton's have my fav donuts... But i love yo grab my coffee especially at this branch because of the customer service provided my FAITH and DHANA. They always welcome us with smile and prepares our order with utmost care, love.. I would love to see such kind of customer service in other branches too... ALL MY LOVE FOR THE DONUTS ??? ❤
Received assistance from a training and even with training staff assistance they still managed to mess up the order. Not impressed as the respond was only, Oh well??
Clean and fresh food . Much better than the city McDonalds. Understood your order the first time .
My little sister comes to this location to wait for her bus after school and often times when she goes in to buy something she’s treated terribly and spoken down to because she’s 12! Today I was on the phone with her and she had been waiting there for an Hr for her bus and was unable to buy something because the app was down so she called me and I sent her a picture of a Tim’s gift card. When she went up to order the man said it wouldn’t work and said she couldn’t order anything. She then explained that she was really hungry and had been waiting for a long time and still had some time to wait, so she asked him to at least try the card and he was extremely rude and refused to even try, after her asking multiple times he finally rolled his eyes and said fine then scanned it. After all the attitude and back and forth it scanned and the payment went through.
Decent franchise location with pretty consistent fresh coffee and food as well. Service is good and fairly quick most of the time.
Small shop, the parking lot is small and usually with few spots available.
This location is a bit of a hidden gem. It's quiet and cozy. The staff could be a little more personable but all in all a nice place.
There worth place I ever seen for foodI went to get coffee and donuts then I see 2 bees on the donuts, then I immediately informed the person in chargeI was really shocked from his answer as he told me that “bees come on sugar” i was chocked fromunresponsible and an un-consciously responseI told him immediately that it must be covered and I ask him to remove the 3 donuts that I saw bees on it but he refusedI can’t really believe him his answer and his unprofessional I safety and unhygienic way of work
Quality service and nice seating area. Bathrooms could he kept cleaner though. Service was prompt and served in an acceptable time
