Today Friday May 20th around 7:30am ordered a small double double coffee, an apple juice, and two sausage and bacon wraps. It looked like dog food to me. No bacon whatsoever in any of the wraps, 2 small pieces of sausages and a half of piece of cheese. Absolutely disgusting. If I can give them a 0 star I will. It’s not the first time my order wrong.

I had a jaw dropping horrible experience at this location today. The drive through was empty, but I decided to go in to pick out some items to add to a buffet table. There was no one in line and it took a really long time for any of the 6-8 people working to even acknowledge me.At least 3 ladies were standing on the side and chatting. There seemed to be only one teenager girl actually moving around and working. She realized I has been waiting for a while and said she would be right with me.She extremely polite and was helping me put together some items. I paid and she was packing up the items.Then an adult female working there rudely started to scold her for using 2 boxes instead of 1 box for the 12 items. Then started scolding her because she had accidentally give me an item that may not have been included in the price range. The lady then pulled back the boxes of items I had already paid for and rudely told me that she had to refund my order and charge me again.I was shocked by how rude she was being to the teenage girl and myself I started to question why she was making such a big deal about this and was now going to be wasting even more of my time.Then she said she would call the manager to explain. She tells the manager I wanted a refund which I never even ask for. Then the manager says he needed to take back the items and refund me.At this point I realize I am dealing with extremely clueless people who have no common sense or customer service skills. These were absolutely rude and ignorant people trying to act important by being mean to a teenage employee who conveyed more common sense and professionalism then these 2 adults when dealing with a customer.They then refunded my order and when I asked about my coffee. I was told it was in the back, they already made it, would bring it and would not refund it.Meanwhile the manager and adult female employee thought it was more important to waste my time trying to prove a point then to serve the now 8-10 customers behind me.If who ever runs this place notices you have a high turn over of staff it is because you have a manager who is encouraging bad customer service, mistreatment of young employees and has no common sense.This was like a Saturday Night Live skit. Next time I am just going to go to McDonald's ?.

Get breakfast there every day. They now recognize my voice and have my order perfect. Best bacon belt on a four cheese bagel. The best in the city

Best Tim Hortons that I’ve ever been to. All the Staff are nice and friendly. Fastest Drive Thru, Orders were accurate and food and beverages are always fresh.

Very bad experience. After ordering a crossiant with butter in the morning, the staff provided me with a plain crossaint with butter on the side. When asked he told that it is not possible to provide me the way they usually do, since its early morning. It was really bad customer service provided.

I would give zero stars if I could, I’m not the type of person to give bad reviews but this experience really made me do it. I ordered a fiesta farmers wrap and as I was eating it I found 2 sharp pieces of plastic that I could have potentially swallowed or choked on. No concern was really expressed by the manager by checking the ingredients to ensure no plastic remains in their food prep area was left. Food safety should be a business #1 priority and clearly that isn’t here.

A nice Tim's. Drive thru moves quick. Parking can be awkward at times. Nice patio out front, Kingston Rd is noisy but still good to just chill. Staff are really nice.

I visited this place recently, I went around 3PM, there was a line up and it was moving at average pace which is okay considering there was quite a few school kids were there as well as the drive thru, the place was clean and the team member I interacted with was nice. Also they have new updated interior which is pretty cool.Edit: I used their Drive-thru and ordered breakfast wraps and coffee and I went around 10AM on a weekday there was not a long line for drive-thru but the service was quick and accurate.

Great service! A pleasant visit! Like the cappuccino better at Tim Horton's then Aroma Expresso Bar! My Number 1 choice, Timmy's! Hurrah!

Purchased a box of 10 Timbiebs with only 8 inside. One was bitten/ broken and looked like it was mixed with regular timbit flavours. Contacted customer service with no response.
