Normally it's a good service place - today I ordered 3 strawberry quenchers, and " Rahul" served me 3 strawberry creamy chill ... & I pointed out that and she he moved ahead for serving next coffee, as if nothing happened ...
For some reason the chicken here is way better than the one at the queens park. It's properly cooked and moist.
Very rude staff and store manager.Apparently they tagged the donuts I want with wrong name, and yelled at me giving them wrong name for the donuts. All in front of my 3 yrs old daughter!! She was scared and felt is was her fault since it is her donuts!!!
The dining area and washrooms are hardly ever cleaned - Only once for every 6 hours. And for a location with over 30 seats they have only 1 washroom and its super busy and never cleaned. Literally the only positive is this place is 24h and I come hear to study. But other than that if it doesn't apply to you I would avoid this place unless its for takeout. My two cents.
It took me 20 minutes to get a black coffee. Limited lines open. Customers blocking order lines when can’t get what they want. Should be handled way more efficiently. At least 20 customers left without ordering.
Very bad staff. They don’t want to work. I ordered tea . That was not fresh. I asked the Asian lady to change it and she started shouting. Very rude. Worst experience.
This guy (Rahul) gave me a coffee that changed my life.He deserves 10 stars.
Picked up 2 Chicken Ranch Wraps and Mocha Drinks to go .The wraps were packed unevenly and all the stuff was at the bottom and half of it was empty.The mocha drinks were not even lukewarm and we had warm it up in a pot.I live a minute away from this location and was at home in a minute after picking it up so did not travel at all for it to be cold.I put a complaint on Tim Hortons App and they refused to take the complain to the location and said i should do it myself.
Terrible service. I ordered a basic chicken wrap and waited 15 minutes, they forgot the sauce and I waited another 10 for a new one in which they forgot to put any veggies. There is no teamwork among the staff or order, they are all lost overlapping eachother and they don't seem to care which creates a huge lineup.
Their bagels are always fresh , staff friends and fast and efficient service at this location . I recommend this location to all.
