Instead of telling your customers they didn’t say something and basically calling them liars maybe you guys need to check your headsets. Also, rushing customers at your drive thru by yelling “next order” is disrespectful to say the least. Completely disgusted by the customer service at this restaurant.
Wrap was burnt (Grill marks were black and tasted burnt) Timbits were just thrown into paper bag not impressed.
Staff is friendly and service is quick. But many times are out of baked items.
Scammed multiple times. They are money thieves.Completely done with this place. Horrible customer service, and unprofessional. Ceiling is also leaking there is water stains above where people stand and wait for their order.
I am here. A quiet place. A drive thru as well. Gets pretty busy.

I don't think anyone cleans any of the tables here. Tried 3 of the vacant tables and none were cleaned.
Better customer service. Still not the best as this place lacks trained staff to actually provide service to both drive through customers and in store. With line ups people spent time cleaning then actually helping customers. I would recommend the locations at Mavis & Central Parkway or Dundas & Confederation. Theae locations are better and more efficient at serving an onslaught of customers.
This location is fast... and... as we all know, tim's is some of the very best non Canadian corporate food money can buy. I miss fresh baked never frozen mouth candy. Please don't let 3 stars disapoint you... I 'like' Tims at minimum of once a week.Thanks.
Opening hours are 05:00 - 23:00. Having said that, I showed up to the drive-thru at 05:00, only to be told that the *only*thing they were serving was coffee. No donuts, no muffins, no breakfast, nothing. Not a good look, Tim Hortons.
