Today Wednesday at around 11 to 11:30 am, we visit this outlet. We order one jalapeno asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese, 2 plain jalapeno asiago bagel, one small dark roast black with one sweetener and onse small dark roast bouble double. Their service is so poor. They give me priviously toasted bagel with cream cheese. It dosent even warm. I asked them about cold, previously toasted bagel why they serce? No body even answar or change it. Like we are bound to it what they serve. We are not eat free food here! We didnt expect poor quality service.

If there was a 0 star id be giving the 0 this is the 2nd time in a row that this Tim's has sold us stale day old donuts hard n dry at 6 am no excuse and when confronted with this they said they are fresh and they did not exchange then so I trashed them wasting my money . The last time we did the survey for this and no one contacted us so no one care this is terrible times do better. this time il be calling head office

Customer service is a hit or miss. The only reason this place gets two stars is because1) they move their drive thru decently fast2) the only tim’s that has consistent tasting teaThey really need to fix the attitude of their drive thru workers. There’s only one lady who is very kind. Rest of the workers are rude. For example, I used a gift card there and after I paid they said i don’t have a balance on the card anymore. I simply asked them if they could throw it out for me (which every Tims has done for me). Instead of politely refusing, the worker got all worked up about how I can keep it and throw it out later and how she’s not my servant. Buddy if you can’t throw it out just say no and let me leave. They need to teach their workers how to respond to customers politely.

This is the second time now we've been to this location where we've received stale donuts. The time before this we bought stuff through the drive thur and didn't realize the donuts were stale until we reached home. On this occasion I went inside and bought a few items off the menu. Went I went into the car my wife said let's check the donuts before we leave and so be it they were stale again. Went inside and them exchange them. Why is this an occurring issue here management????

I am sorry to say the girl at the cash was rushing me out before I leave I was confirming my orders and she was yelling and saying yes they were my orders. As I have ordered an everything bagel and a jalapeño bagel double toasted, after came home we have found there was no jalapeño but cheese bagel!

The customer service for this particular location has really declined in recent years. For starters, there are two terminals in the restaurant and the employees will only use the second one if it's very very busy. That I can somewhat understand but years back they used to use both terminals which increased efficiency. Second, if you are to go to this location they are bound to get your order wrong. I was just there today and I ordered TWO bagels, One Ice capp and a donut. When I received my order I only got one bagel, and when I told the woman who took my order she charged me again for the second one! I shouldn't have to pay twice for something you should have got right! And keep in mind this isn't the first time it's happened either, all the employees who work there are so hard of hearing I have to repeat myself numerous times and I'm fed up! Finally, I strongly advise against getting any food or beverages there after 7:00 PM, they water everything down which means your coffee or lemonade is just gonna taste like a disgusting water/whatever mixture and the donuts are stale. I am sad to say that they have officially lost me as a customer and I will not be going back again:(

I ordered large decaf coffee 2cream1sugar around 11:00 pm May 02, 2022. I saw the the guy working at night put half hot water on my coffee and I asked him why he told me that's how they make decaf coffee. Half a cup of regular coffee and half hot water. Unless they changed it recently I am sure that they have a regular decaf brew where they don't have to add hot water in your cup. It tasted mostly cream and hot water. I have no issue if they don't have a decaf coffee or If I have to wait if they are still brewing but for the worker to lie on how decaf coffee and top you off hot water is not right. I didn't argue when he gave me the coffee but told him that I will be back if it doesn't taste right. I came back right after tasting it and the other worker replaced my coffee and the taste difference is day and night.

Well I wasn't very happy the last time I was there. I did apologize before I put my order in cause it was a big order for my workplace. Our lady was awesome but the other girl was swearing under her breath. The worst part was I could hear it. It wasn't a super crazy order like 2 coffees, assortment of 50 timbits and a dozen of muffins. This was just on Friday. So I don't understand why this was an issue. I did thank the girl and was very appreciative and wished them a good weekend. It was sad the way the other coworker reacted in public. My fiancee and I both work at the same place so we always come to this location for coffee and breakfast, but it might just be our last.

I went through the drive through today to go and order coffee and when I arrived at the window to be given my order the lady carelessly gave me my change back not even paying attention to her surroundings and one of the bills flew out of her hands.Instead of giving us a new bill, My daughter had to get out of my vehicle to go and pick the bill up resulting in her dropping her $250 headphones that were run over by another vehicle behind us when she was going to get out and pick them back up.I have called this place multiple times to complain but no one is picking up the phone there. We are absolutely enraged with what has happened today and will NOT be coming back. You shouldn't have people working there if they don't know how to serve clients. SO CARELESS!

I live near this Tim Hortons and walk here or go through drive thru almost daily. The quality of the food and the coffee have gone way down over the last few years. On weekends when I have the time I will drive to the one on Progress. The coffee tastes a little watered down but the worst is the staleness of the food. In the last few weeks I've had 2 donuts that were so stale and hard I threw them out and this morning I ordered a croissant through drive thru. It came out warmed which I hadn't asked for but its fine, I bring it home and realize the croissant is almost rock hard and thats why they warmed it up. It was inedible and I had to throw it out too. No more food purchases here for me.
