consistency is not there, I ordered same thing in two weeks and both time it taste different.

Ordered a large ice cap and they gave me a medium, in a large cup. It wasn’t even full to the point where even somebody with four eyes could tell that I was getting scammed of my ice cap.
Terrible… I wanted to order a chicken sandwich but they closed that section off an hour and a half early because they’re “almost closed”. Never ordering from them again.
Rajini is the female staff serving me on this visit, she is rude and very unclean,I was very clear and polite in my order, I showed her the picture of the two drinks I wanted to order, I informed her that I would be paying with card and needed a reciept,I also let her know that she needed to wash her hands with soap and water before she could make my drinks, she let me know the other girl would make my drinks , I went to stand so I can see them make my drinks as my immune system is very low and any germ could kill me, rajini left the cash did not wash her hands and was getting ready to make my drinks, I told her she could not make my drinks with out washing her hands she told me I should stand by the exit and not watch my drinks being made, I informed her again that she needs to wash her hands before preparing my drinks, she said she can give me back my money as she did not want to wash her hands,She did wash her hands after I told her she has to wash her hands before making my drinks and give me all clean lids not the ones she touched with her dirty hands,She did and was not happy about it, I would not recommend anyone to eat from this time hortons and the health and safety board should visit this location often, this is covid outbreak time but proper sanitary methods should always be in place when you are dealing with food.If you do visit this location please be very careful food poisoning is very seriousStay blessed and safe.

The front help are very efficient and fully masked but the guy who work at the kitchen has his mask under his chin! Unacceptable. When you are serving food it is a MUST to wear your mask PROPERLY for everyone's safety! Even if no one is checking on you it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. Unbelievable!
