One of the worst store and staff. I ordered a donut and they provided in such a packaging that the complete Donut's toppings fell off. Never expected such a pathetic service.
Just ordered a step tea from drive thru around 10pm, my tea was properly cold. Further the cup was dripping from bottom which mess up my car. Totally idiots. This was not even first time happening to me. They always mess up with the order. This location is worst.
It was actually the Wendy's section. The bugers are great and the fries were awesome so was the Frostychino
I ordered ice coffee with extra cream and roasted hazelnut cold brew at drive thru, but they did not add cane sugar in the ice coffee as well as no hazelut syrup and no expresso foam in the cold brew. Further, at the window the team members started arguing. Worst experience ever at this location.
won’t serve you without a car after like 9pm for some reason… also never fills their iced coffees, iced capps, etc, to the top.

Constantly get coffee that tastes like how my soccer socks smell after a whole day and night playing in the mud and rain. It’s funny when you go to Ajax and Pickering how everyone suddenly knows how to use a stir stick and listen to simple instructions. The standard for Scarborough timmies is pretty bad in my opinion please do better. Take note from the staff at Victoria park and 401 they know what’s good.
Even tho I am giving 5 stars I am not quite satisfied with the customer service, but giving it in a hope that the team works upon their fallbacks. The place is good, the food is delicious too, but the customer service isn't upto the mark. People have fo wait in long lines for small orders, which is FRUSTRATING! The students at U of T generally prefer eating something on the go, but they have to wait a lot thats why they stopped visiting the place. Except for customer service, the place is good, its clean and definitely worth if they improve on Customer Service.
Worst tim hortons I visited so far. The staffs are very unprofessional and doesn't know mere things about customer service. I presented my tim rewards card, they pretended that they are scanning it and later i found out that it was not scanned!!! By observing the body language of the server, i know that it was a deliberate act. This outlet doesn't deserve to get one single star.
