Being a regular person to visit the location, i placed an order through drive through and when arrived at window i was told a different price as that on the order panel. I just asked why was the price different just to confirm if my order is right. A staff taking orders was very rude in her tone and started arguing. Poor staff.
The lady was working today March 28 at 1am midnight through the drive through window should be fired and never be working at this position!!! She’s the worst!! I feel disgusted every time I get a service from her!!!! Be a better human!!!
Horrific!!!! These guys gotta be a joke or something whoever is working here. I ordered 2 teas, got 2 coffees delivered by door dash. Then ordered on Uber exact same location, I order 2 bagels. They sent me tea biscuits
Always fresh, but in Pickering, close to Brock street they are very slow, and never spread the butter properly on the bagels. Always put a big chunk in the middle. Really disappointed with the kitchen crew.
Ordered Online today. Messed up my order. Gave me hot chocolate instead of white hot chocolate. Completely missed another item that I ordered. Really disappointed in their service.
Everytime I buy from this location I have the wors experience ever. the staff doesn't seem like they care about good customer service or complain. The only reasons I go there,because it's on my way driving home,but I tray my best to remember to pick up from another location which is one interaction away from it. I don't recommend this location if you looking for good customer service and fresh steep tea after 10 pm?
employees are very very very misbehaving specially one indian girl name of arohi or aarushi with customers and pickup drivers to. just for small order they say 5 mins but take 30 to 50 mins
I absolutely loved my experience but I'm only going to give it four stars because they did not put enough sauce on my wrap. A bit dry?
The place is ok. I usually do drive through. 4-5 times, I've had to wait only to find out they don't have French vanilla. And trying to pay at the same place you order is a bit of a pain. The machine has only worked once or twice.
REPOSTING SO MY REVIEW IS NOT REMOVED:Ordered an ice cap, what I got was water and whipped cream, I'm absolutely disgusted. And tea which I did not order. They also did not include the timbits which I paid for. In addition I started feeling extremely sick after I ate the hashbrowns.If I could I would give it 0 stars. Do not come to this location, unless you want to get scammed and feel sick afterwards.
