I go to this location all the times and I have been a loyal customer since long. However, I am not satisfied with the service that I get anymore, there's frequent stock out issue and some of their employees need to be trained on how to be a little more polite with their customers. Having said that, I still love their iced cappuccino with chocolate syrup in it, whenever it's available that is ?
This is the only coffee shop I could ever find the best quality of coffee ordered not to mention workers there friendly minded. They knew what you want once you were there before. Other Timmy shop coffee are either too cream or too much Suger! This is ?
Had the worst experience ever1) Grill Cheese was soggy and cheese was fresh not melted2) Bagel was not toasted and big slab of cream cheese3) Boston crème had no crème4) Frozen lemonade had no flavor just tasted like iceToo many mistakes appetite was ruined.
Very unpolite site. Keep me waiting for long on drive thru saying system error. And provided drink which not properly hot and sugar not stirred well. When ask compensation they say go away. Very rude complain to tim horton company to look on the staff and improve customer service

At 6:24 we drove in to purchase a donut and asked the employee at the window if we can add a 10 pack of Timbits to the order. Your employee under a fake alias “tharan” took offence and treated us with the utmost disrespect for asking a simple question. From the tone to his actions, completely uncalled for when a simply answer would suffice. Your “manager” by the fake alias of Aisha then stepped up to “defend” her colleague; also very rude with her words and short. There’s absolutely nothing that should warrant that type of attitude if you work customer service. This location has poor customer service and horrible management. You are a disappointment to the Tim Horton’s brand and we will be formally submitting a complaint, along with further action.
Usually I am the person who does not write negative reviews, because all of us are in the same boat to help out the community by serving, but they really need to improve a lot of things from their end. The paper box they put their breakfast wraps in it, they are trash. Whenever they put wrap inside the box it sticks with the box and hard to take out. This morning I got the wrap and it sticks to the box and never came out the wrap got broken in the middle of it and ruined my whole breakfast. Sometimes the chocolate dip donut it sticks to the bag and whole chocolate runs away from the donut, it's like one bite of donut and lick the chocolate, one bite of the donut lick the chocolate, Come on Tim hortons, everytime you get chocolate dip donut in the morning it just ruins your day. I don't know what else to say.
I normally order bagels or breakfast sandwiches. All very fresh, very tasty. My children love the frozen lemonades. Lines move quickly most of the time. The ordering process can be tiresome. Either the clerk can't hear me, or l can't understand the clerk. I have to repeat my order more than once. Is it a technical issue or a language barrier? There are issues at the pickup window as well. If l order three drinks, l have to ask a few times for the tray. I also wonder why they don't put orders in bags? Why hand me all these individual bags for each item? Pack them in a big bag. Please!
Go to location for mornings and afternoon. They always have what I want. Always fresh and hot . Even when there is a long line up , the service is fast and perfect. Went and got my timbiebs without a problem. Also got the timbiebs hat . Only once they messed up order but went back and they fixed it no questions asked .
Can’t go with less than 5 stars for customer service at the location. I was served by Harmanjot on weekends midnight and must say one of the best Tim employees i have ever seen in Scarborough. I don’t remember the name of other two associates but this tim’s weekend night staff is amazing and They don’t really rush like other locations.
