I have had mostly somewhat good experience but honestly, it's been going downhill fast. Can't seem to get my tea right, 1 bag in, one on side. Then when I asked for a sleeve, (as teas are extremely hot), I got a dirty look. Then my order, (cheese tea biscuit with butter), was missed, the next two people in line behind me got their order before me, noticed they forgot mine, got the biscuit, toasted it and let it sit there while he stacked cheese then proceeded to make two drive through orders before getting to my tea biscuit. Worst experience there.
Training on serving Chili should be mandatory i.e. to ensure all servers thoroughly mix all of the ingredients for each order prior to placing it into the customers' containers. I just got served a chili that seemed like 99.9% sauce and .1%, if that much, beef and quite possibly 2 or 3 single kidney beans and some other bits.
This place is a problem. I don't know if the mics are muffled, or the staff have hearing problems, or if there is a language barrier. Or, the just don't give a flying you-know-what. They can't get orders straight. I ordered a bagel, double toasted, with cheddar and tomatoes. But they thought they heard Cream Cheese. Unacceptable, and $1.50 extra. Because you know l paid for what l asked for, but did not get what l asked and paid for. Those that can do better, do better. Then there is THIS place.
Ordered 2 roast beef craveable, extra roast beef and asked for the sauce on both sides of the buns so the sandwich holds together instead of a mess and everything falls apart with sauce on my fingers and clothes. The person makes the sandwich with a huge blob of sauce on inside of roast beef and it starts to collapse as she gets a bag. Why? Maybe they need to learn how to make sandwiches. Lastly, with all the sauce collapsed out, it is now on her gloves and then she spreads it on the paper bag which I now have to ask for a new bag. Do these people care?
I don't know how you manage to make such a messy breakfast sandwich especially with no line up , also paid for 2 hashbrowns and never got them . This location is terrible
Great staff they work hard, always pleasant and they do their best, but this store seems to be alway interested staff at the counter. There is always a line up and a wait. An unnecessary wait considering it's a fast food restaurant.
I usually dont leave a review for any Tim Hortons, but for the past few weeks ive been getting my iced coffee here and absolutely the best place in scarborough other places the taste is mirrored off how the worker is feeling but here its consistent.
Line up there over 5 minutes had not moved a bit. One counter opened to serve walk in customers and the phillipino lady was arguing about the order with the server mean while no other counter opened. I switched to mobile order pick up still nobody cared about it. All the staffs were just focusing on the drive thru customers. Do not go there such terrible service.
